“Felicia definitely has a special touch and my cat’s noticed. I think they were spoiled and I’m happy and I know both boys were too. We communicated and met in person preemptive to my vacation…actually a few times, with exchange of the house key and care instructions. She kept in contact with me everyday and made sure I was aware of everything going on with the animals, plus she even cared for my trash cans, which was real convenient. The cans were happy too ;-) 5 stars for Felicia because she has earned it, and earned my trust.”

About: Aside from my professional experience as a wildlife biologist and Oregon zoo employee I'm a life long lover of cats. Growing up with them has taught me the patience sometimes needed to truly understand and bond with them. I am familiar with administering medications, dietary issues, cleaning litter boxes, and my wife and I are even the type of people to take our cats on supervised outdoor time with leashes.

About: Have always been surrounded by pets of my own (such as cats, dogs, rodents, birds, and reptiles), and have done pet sitting for dogs of all sizes for family friends over the years. I’m a stay at home girl with plenty of time on my hands that I’d like to spend doing what I love, which is caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. While I do stay in an apartment, I have all the time to go for lots of walks and potty breaks. I live by a beautiful creekside trail that is simply perfect for taking long walks along. I have two cats. One of which is shy and minds his own space, and another who absolutely loves all people and pets, so they do just fine around other animals. About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats and dogs & got my first taste of hands-on pet care when I got my sweet pup for my 8th birthday. Fast forward, I now have the privilege of loving that same dog’s two puppies (who are now 10 years old). I work from home and walk my girls every 2-3 hours. I can exercise high energy dogs or make walks shorter and easier for senior pups. I’m very affectionate and love cuddly pups and kitties. I’m happy to tailor care to your animal’s needs & love them like my own! I’m also comfortable administering medications. I work from home full time so pet care is easy and flexible for me. I walk my girls every 2-3 hours and will be happy to do the same for your pup. Whenever I do leave, I try not to be gone for more than 4 hours to ensure no one is left alone for too long. I live in a two bedroom townhouse with a small front yard for quick potty breaks. The neighborhood is great for walks and is very safe. My two dogs are 10 year old chihuahuas and are very relaxed, friendly, and lazy (they love to sleep all day). While caring for your baby, I can provide separation if needed or preferred, or if it’s comfortable for you, everyone can happily co-exist. I also have a small crate available if needed at any time. I work from home and am home with my pets all day. I also have a living room camera to check on the babies whenever we are out of the house. I can use the two-way audio & microphone to talk to them with this. :)

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. As a stay at home mom, I have plenty of time to watch your loved ones while you’re away. We have an active but relaxed home. We currently have one extremely friendly, well socialized shepherd mix dog who gets along with every dog he meets. Over the years I’ve cared for friends’ and family’s dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. My kids love dogs and are able to let new dog friends acclimate without pestering. We walk the neighborhood every night and play in the backyard. I am a stay at home mom with elementary aged kids. Especially during the school year, I am almost always at home. My husband also works full time from home so there is always someone here to keep an eye on things. We have a great schedule in place for our dog in terms of potty breaks and feeding. We have a fully fenced back yard and a lovely neighborhood full of sidewalks to go on long evening walks. In our home, dogs are part of the family. “Barry is wonderful! Like many pet owners, we were so nervous leaving our almost 14 year old Callie behind for a few days. However, within our first meet and greet with Barry and Shaka we were comfortable, knowing Callie would be in good hands. Barry sent daily updates and pictures everyday. Allowing us to be more at ease on our trip. Communication was great as he was quick to respond and was very flexible with our drop off time, when we were running behind. Barry has experience with senior dogs, he was kind and understanding with all of Callie’s feeding and meds instructions. We could tell, Callie really enjoyed all the smells in the garden and the calm setting. We can’t say enough, other than we are so glad we found Barry and we would highly recommend him.”
