Jared came over for a meet and greet, where he let Fiona snuggle up to him which he interspersed with little checks, like touching her ears or feet to see how she responded. We sat in the back yard for a while talking about Fiona, his dog Bart, and his background - and after a while he suggested that he thought it would work well to board her at his place. I brought Fiona over there to see how she did in that environment, and she was very comfortable there. Jared sent me photos and updates throughout, reporting on how Fiona and Bart were doing together. They started with short play sessions until they got more familiar with each other. About: I’ve had pets since the age of five, and have loved taking care of animals since! I’ve helped take care of plenty of dogs, big and small. I’ve owned Alaskan Malamutes, Labradors, Dobermans, etc and loved to walk them all. I’m good at getting pets to take their medicine and love to give seniors the extra care and attention they deserve. I’ve had several dogs since they were puppies and have potty trained them and taught them neat tricks too! I’m familiar with dog puzzles and other mentally stimulating toys (gotta keep those brains busy!) “Moira was awesome! She took such great care of Rufus, sent a lot of pictures every day and filled me in on how he was while I was away! She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”
“This is our first time leaving our dog with anyone away from home and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Every day we were gone, Matt and his wife updated us with pictures of how our dog was doing without any nudging. We were able to relax and have a wonderful family vacation with no worries or concerns about our dog. He also got to play with so many other dogs that he had no time to even miss us which was a great plus! The next time we go out of town, we will be using their services again.”
“Debbie, Spoiled our Golden retriever -Chloe. Chloe immediately felt at home with Debbie and her dog Sammy. We got daily update’s and picture’s . Debbie’s house has a great fenced back yard so the dogs can run and play. She has dog beds throughout the house and cool house on hot summer days for the dogs. Highly recommend Debbie and will continue to rebook with her in the future.”

Her communication was excellent- providing updates with photos every day, it was something our family always looked forward to. It was clear that our pup was happy at their home - large backyard to play in, lovely walks in the neighborhood, a space to hide upon hearing fireworks, lovely humans to keep him company.
