About: For as long as I can remember, I've lived in a household with pets! As a kid, my family had a little shih tzu and then later on we had a huge pit bull mix (we also almost always had at least 3 cats running around, adding to the craziness). I've always loved getting to spend time with animals because of their vastly different personalities, from the lazy pug I currently have to the crazy cats I take care of for friends! I'd love to get the opportunity to spend time with your pet too, whether it's taking them on long walks or just playing with them around the house! I'm currently a full-time employee with lots of flexibility in my hours. I'm available most days from noon until 10pm! Some days may have slight differences in hours based on if I have any work meetings, but I'm always transparent with my availability! I live in a gated apartment complex currently with a large dog park. Because of my current home, I only offer drop-in visits and walks. Because of this, I'd be visiting your home. About: I have taken care of dogs, horses, and other farm animals since I was 7 years old. I grew up in a family with four big dogs and spent a lot of time training them in agility, helping at equestrian centers and other farms where I encountered and worked with all different kinds of working dogs, and spent years studying dog training, grooming, and handling. I currently have a highly reactive Pyrenees/German Shepherd who has allowed me to find a new passion in more deeply figuring out how different kinds of animals' minds work and learn to cater to their varying needs and learning styles, a mini Aussie who I am now working with in the beginning stages of agility training and having fun learning all sorts of different types of obedience and tricks with, and an Aussie/Pyr newly 1 year old who is already my best mountain biking buddy and has had a very strong start with agility training. I have also raised a litter of 10 puppies, so I am experienced and comfortable with dogs of any age. Their worlds are only as big as we make them, and they deserve all the love and experiences they can get! I work remotely, so my schedule is fully flexible most days. I have to schedule meet & greets and start/end times around my meeting schedule daily, but once I am there can cater to whatever you dog’s daily schedule need is I will follow any directions you leave me, from crating, feeding, and play/cuddle time instructions if I am sitting, or whatever sort of walking specifications or request you have to best to cater to you dog if I am only taking him/her on walks.

About: I’ve had pets since the age of five, and have loved taking care of animals since! I’ve helped take care of plenty of dogs, big and small. I’ve owned Alaskan Malamutes, Labradors, Dobermans, etc and loved to walk them all. I’m good at getting pets to take their medicine and love to give seniors the extra care and attention they deserve. I’ve had several dogs since they were puppies and have potty trained them and taught them neat tricks too! I’m familiar with dog puzzles and other mentally stimulating toys (gotta keep those brains busy!) I work at a vet ER, so I can do late night check ins for the first half of the week or almost anytime on my weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). About: Hi, I’m Carissa — a mom of four and lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve had cats and dogs since I was a kid and have trained puppies at home with potty training and basic commands like sit, stay, and come. I love all breeds and personalities — seniors, shy pups, and energetic goofballs are all welcome here! Right now I’m in the slow season of my regular job, which means I have extra time and flexibility to give your pet plenty of attention and love. I treat every animal like family and always take time to understand their unique personality. Expect lots of cuddles, encouragement, and photo updates from me!
