“Jared did an excellent job boarding Fiona, a ~2.5 year old pit mix that is brand new to our home. Jared came over for a meet and greet, where he let Fiona snuggle up to him which he interspersed with little checks, like touching her ears or feet to see how she responded. We sat in the back yard for a while talking about Fiona, his dog Bart, and his background - and after a while he suggested that he thought it would work well to board her at his place. I brought Fiona over there to see how she did in that environment, and she was very comfortable there. Jared sent me photos and updates throughout, reporting on how Fiona and Bart were doing together. They started with short play sessions until they got more familiar with each other. Jared was always quick to respond to text messages. Thanks Jared for looking after Fiona, you'll be seeing her again soon.”

I felt comfortable to go ahead and schedule two overnights with Danielle for him during my next work trip. Things I love about Danielle are that she really pays attention to what you say, the details. She is straightforward and not afraid to express any concerns (such as safety of certain types of collars etc.) Her communication has been excellent. She walks every day with multiple dogs and the pack is such an enjoyable place for my dog. I'm not inundated with photos, but, receive just enough to know he's doing well! We will be boarding at Danielle's as long as she'll have us 💜”

About: I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. As a shy kid, cats were my favorite animals, and whenever we visited a home with a cat, I’d happily spend hours patiently earning their trust until they felt comfortable coming out for pets and attention. Although we didn’t have a cat of our own growing up, I started caring for our neighbors’ cats when I was around 10 years old because everyone knew how much I loved them. Since then, I’ve cared for all kinds of cats, from feral and shy cats to playful kittens and senior cats with special needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to cats when needed. I’ve also helped friends trim their cats’ nails and assist with medications. While I can handle most routine care, I always prioritize your cat’s comfort and safety. After college, I finally got my own cat, and he’s become my constant companion. He is very picky about his litter box and other spaces being kept clean so I have no problem with daily litter scooping. Being a cat owner has only deepened my understanding of cat personalities, behaviors, and needs. About: I’ve had my own personal pets all my life and believe pets are family and treat them as such. I have also taken care of friends, and family pets as well. Currently, I do not have any pets of my own as I lost my 2 Boston terriers last year. Now I’m dedicating my time to help others care for their pet family members. About: I've been around animals my whole life and genuinely love caring for them. I grew up with both cats and dogs, and over the years I've pet sat for family and friends, as well as walked dogs while I was in college. One of my favorite experiences was fostering cats with my husband—we came incredibly close to "foster failing" and adopting them ourselves! The only reason we didn't was because we were preparing to move abroad. Now that we're back home, we miss having animals in our daily lives, and Rover is the perfect way for me to spend time with pets while helping their owners. About: I grew up around dogs, cats, and horses, so from a young age, I was taught the importance of giving animals the specific care they need to thrive. I’ve been pet sitting since I was a teenager and never pass up the opportunity to make a new furry friend. I have experience with all types of animals including cats, bunnies, lizards and chickens, but my all time favorite pets are the tail-wagging goofballs that are dogs. My dog Mochi is my best friend, and I promise to give your pet the same love and attention that Mochi receives. I am home during the day and pets can go out on their schedule. About: I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule and have plenty of times available for walks and drop in visits. I have 3 pets of my own though and can’t stay overnight or do boarding at my house. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs I’m happy to bring my lab over she is great with other dogs. I am happy to accommodate any routine your pet may have to make them more comfortable on walks and drop in visits. I’m very used to shy dogs and cats that may need a little more space as well as super energetic ones.

“Moira was awesome! She took such great care of Rufus, sent a lot of pictures every day and filled me in on how he was while I was away! She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”

“Debbie, Spoiled our Golden retriever -Chloe. Chloe immediately felt at home with Debbie and her dog Sammy. We got daily update’s and picture’s . Debbie’s house has a great fenced back yard so the dogs can run and play. She has dog beds throughout the house and cool house on hot summer days for the dogs. Highly recommend Debbie and will continue to rebook with her in the future.”

“To start, Danielle had my dog for a daycare, and, everything went great. I received photos showing him walking with others and I know him well enough to know he was enjoying his time. I felt comfortable to go ahead and schedule two overnights with Danielle for him during my next work trip. Things I love about Danielle are that she really pays attention to what you say, the details. She is straightforward and not afraid to express any concerns (such as safety of certain types of collars etc.) Her communication has been excellent. She walks every day with multiple dogs and the pack is such an enjoyable place for my dog. I'm not inundated with photos, but, receive just enough to know he's doing well! We will be boarding at Danielle's as long as she'll have us 💜”
