She must have a sixth cat sense, because my cat is very shy and skittish; despite that, he quickly became comfortable with her, and even endured a building-wide alarm test without any residual trauma upon my return. About: Aside from my professional history as a wildlife biologist and former Oregon Zoo keeper I am a life long lover of dogs, cats, and all animals. I am experienced in all aspect of animal welfare from puppy training to administering senior dog medication and clipping cat nails. I'm in shape to handle any sized dog in the event of aggressive leash pulling or needing to lift a dog in case of emergency. I bring professional animal handing experience and an innate understanding and empathy towards animals. Recently furloughed Government wildlife biologist, I am currently available 24/7 if needed. I have my own animals at home I need to care for but between my wife and myself I have a flexible schedule and should be available whenever you need me. I'm experienced with all level of dog, cat, reptile, etc. care at all ages, including training. I can do multiple feeding a day, administer medication, walk, play, crate train, etc. I have an enclosed backyard in a quiet neighborhood that is safe for dogs of all sizes.

About: I am kind and caring to all pets. Patience is the name of the game for some pets so I always make sure they’re comfortable. Being self-employed allows me to have a fairly open availability to help care for your pet(s). Luckily my business doesn’t take up too much of my day and gives me the freedom to spend my day doing other things that make me happy. Making sure your pets’ needs are met is my top priority. I have a roommate that is sometimes away for business so I make sure her cat is fed, hydrated, kept clean, and well loved.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Recently just had to say goodbye to my pup of 10 years. We walked a healthy amount three times a day rain snow or shine I work as a teacher so I’m home early enough to walk a dog or two and can make morning walks happen too if needed. When I walk dogs, I hold on to them with their leash wrapped around my wrist and led very calmly. I can also work with non leash trained dogs.

REALLY big dog? I'll walk them. I have walked dogs of all sizes, ages, and speeds. No matter the size, dogs respond well to my energy, and they can tell I'm excited to see them. If your dog doesn't like walks, I can stop by and let them out in your backyard and even throw a ball for them 1 to 100 times. I'm currently working part-time from home on a boring computer. Happy to take a break to hang out with your cute animal(s) instead! I usually go on a walk 1-2 hours a day, so why not bring your dog along? I also have a car, so I can get to your neighborhood in a breeze. I have experience walking reactive dogs. About: I grew up around both cats and dogs, and i’ve had plenty of my own through out my life and i’m currently the main carer for the 1 dog and 2 cats in my home. I have so much love for pets and creatures, they deserve to be cared for like family because they ARE family. I work full time, so i’m only available on my days off for walks and drop ins. I’ll be taking the bus to and from. I don’t board or do doggy daycare currently, but i plan to in the future! pets in my care will get the best treatment and so many cuddles.
