“Needed cat-sitter for the first time ever after moving to Vancouver recently and was a bit nervous, but Brian was super communicative, friendly and professional putting me at ease. Most importantly, my shy cat who hides from everyone came right out to say hi at our first meet and greet and liked him right off the bat. I loved the pics and little videos during my four day work trip which were really the highlights of each day. Ruby seemed like a happy camper when I got back and I plan to hire Brian again.
