About: Although I do not currently own a dog I’ve had many doggies growing up and i know how amazing and loving they are. I will always do what it takes to keep them safe and loved. I have an open availability and am happy to help any day or time I am needed! This is a dream job to hang out with your pets! I groom my babies daily as well as brush their teeth! About: Aside from my professional history as a wildlife biologist and former Oregon Zoo keeper I am a life long lover of dogs, cats, and all animals. I am experienced in all aspects of animal welfare from puppy training to administering senior dog medication and clipping cat nails. I'm in shape to handle any sized dog in the event of aggressive leash pulling or needing to lift a dog in case of emergency. I bring professional animal handing experience and an innate understanding and empathy towards animals. Recently furloughed Government wildlife biologist, I am currently available 24/7 if needed. I have my own animals at home I need to care for but between my wife and myself I have a flexible schedule and should be available whenever you need me. I'm experienced with all level of dog, cat, reptile, etc. care at all ages, including training. I can do multiple feeding a day, administer medication, walk, play, crate train, etc. I have an enclosed backyard in a quiet neighborhood that is safe for dogs of all sizes.

About: I’ve been pet/housesitting for the majority of my life! Growing up I was relied on heavily by many. I was consistently approached by family, friends, and neighbors. There were quite a few people that had me as their go-to whenever they needed the help and I made a strong connection with. I always get excited when people ask me to petsit for them! On top of that, I’ve done a lot of volunteer work at animal shelters, including dog walking, cleaning, and playing. I’m currently a SPED Educational Assistant, 8am-3:30pm every weekday at a school in Portland. Anytime around that I am free and willing, but I understand if that is too large a gap in the days as far as house sitting goes. Otherwise, my weekends are entirely free, as well as my summer break! I will accommodate to whatever needs must be met for your pet! I want to make sure your fur baby is completely safe, comfortable and happy with me. Every animal is different and I love to make space for them and learn about what they like, dislike, need, as well as their quirks and personalities. Connection and trust is very important to me.

About: I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule and have plenty of times available for walks and drop in visits. I have 3 pets of my own though and can’t stay overnight or do boarding at my house. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs I’m happy to bring my lab over she is great with other dogs. I am happy to accommodate any routine your pet may have to make them more comfortable on walks and drop in visits. I’m very used to shy dogs and cats that may need a little more space as well as super energetic ones.

About: I’ve had my own personal pets all my life and believe pets are family and treat them as such. I have also take care of friends, and family pets as well. Just did house sitting with 2 Australian cattle dogs, 2 cats and 6 chickens. Currently, I do not have any pets of my own as I lost my 2 Boston terriers last year. I love animals and anyone who knows me knows me, knows this about me. I work from home full-time and I can work from anywhere that has internet. I just bring my laptop and I’m able to care for your fur kids all day :) I am especially good at cuddles all day, walks, and feeding/playing with your fur kids. My motto is animals are better than humans because they are. I love them!

About: I've grown up constantly around dogs and taking care of them. My family and I would often get dogs from shelters, so behavioral issues are no problem for me! I'm used to the crazy-fun nature of these furry creatures. I have trained all my dogs, and when I was 14 got my own chihuahua that I raised from a puppy. About: I've been around pets my entire life! I've had puppies and kittens all the way to senior dogs and cats ( our dog prefers the term golden girl vs senior.) I'm the kind of person that says hello to a dog on a walk before the human. Essentially animals bring me joy whenever I see them. Our current children include our 15 year dog named Demeter and a 10 year old cat named Zephyr. Do they run the show and our lives? Absolutely!! I'm looking forward to meeting your pets soon! I recently left my 13 year career in sales to go back to school and flip my career. That being said I have ample amounts of spare time (when I'm not in class) to meet your pets and treat them like my own. I can take any type of special requests and make sure your fur baby is happy and taken care of. Special needs? Done. Special diet? Done. Extra walks and cuddles? Done.

About: I would love to take care of your family member! I have professional experience working in a kennel/boarder/daycare for 5 years. I am certified in CPR/First Aid for animals from the American Red Cross and can administer both oral and injectable medications. I used to be a nurse and can immediately recognize when medical assistance is needed. Personally, I have had cats and dogs my entire life. I understand how to meet their physical and emotional needs. As for boarding and daycare, I have three cats, but it’s ok if your pet is unsafe/uncomfortable around cats because I will keep them separate at all times. I am also open to taking care of animals that are not cats or dogs, as long as they are not aggressive or dangerous. I will provide a calm and safe environment the same as I do for my pets. I’m currently a grad student attending my program online and not currently working. Depending on availability, I can be available to care for your pet at a day and time that is best for you. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I will provide a calm and safe environment for every service that I offer. I believe all animals should receive the same respect, care, and safety as people do.
