“Felicia definitely has a special touch and my cat’s noticed. I think they were spoiled and I’m happy and I know both boys were too. We communicated and met in person preemptive to my vacation…actually a few times, with exchange of the house key and care instructions. She kept in contact with me everyday and made sure I was aware of everything going on with the animals, plus she even cared for my trash cans, which was real convenient. The cans were happy too ;-) 5 stars for Felicia because she has earned it, and earned my trust.”
“Alex is the best! We needed help with our three cats with very little scheduling notice, and Alex stepped up to help. He took notes while I went over their routine, and I could tell he took caring for them very seriously. He even agreed to bringing in our mail and watering some plants. One of our cats is diabetic and needs insulin injections twice daily, and she was also on an oral antibiotic. Alex updated us regularly about how the cats were doing, whether or not the diabetic cat was eating, and how feedings and medication administrations went. It really eased our anxieties with leaving our three cats with individual needs in the hands of someone so capable and trustworthy. Alex's professionalism and dedication to providing quality care for our cats and the house while we were gone allowed us to focus on what we needed to at that time. We will undoubtedly request his services for future cat care needs while we are away.”

About: Aside from my professional experience as a wildlife biologist and Oregon zoo employee I'm a life long lover of cats. Growing up with them has taught me the patience sometimes needed to truly understand and bond with them. About: I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. As a shy kid, cats were my favorite animals, and whenever we visited a home with a cat, I’d happily spend hours patiently earning their trust until they felt comfortable coming out for pets and attention. Although we didn’t have a cat of our own growing up, I started caring for our neighbors’ cats when I was around 10 years old because everyone knew how much I loved them. Since then, I’ve cared for all kinds of cats, from feral and shy cats to playful kittens and senior cats with special needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to cats when needed. I’ve also helped friends trim their cats’ nails and assist with medications. About: I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule and have plenty of times available for walks and drop in visits. I have 3 pets of my own though and can’t stay overnight or do boarding at my house. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs I’m happy to bring my lab over she is great with other dogs. I am happy to accommodate any routine your pet may have to make them more comfortable on walks and drop in visits. I’m very used to shy dogs and cats that may need a little more space as well as super energetic ones.

About: I grew up with a black lab for nearly 14 years as a child and come from a family of Labrador lovers. I now take care of my own gentle giant black lab who I got to train as a service animal myself. I also have experience with high-energy dogs and running off energy! I am very loving and passsionate person towards dogs, they love my ear and belly rubs and often love to cuddle if that's their thing! My favorite things to do with dogs is taking them for adventures to the park/forest, river/lakes and the snow during wintertime. I am no stranger to labrador breeds but also have experince with Shepard and border collie breeds the most, as well as many others here and there. I've had my fair share of sick dogs, whether it be ear infection to cancer and know the emotional roller coaster and/or hassle of giving medications and can show the dogs lots of empathy if this is something that would be needed. I always treat dogs like their my own and would want the best for your pup just like I would for my own girl! I work non-traditional hours which means I frequently have a lot of days off in a row and then work once a week with 12 hrs in one day. This means I get to spend a lot of one-on-one with my personal dog, providing lots of attention, walks to the park and even days at the river and wouldnt mind some more company from other dogs as well! I live in pet friendly Tiny home with a friendly yard to roam and play. My own dog loves to cuddle on my couch whenever and can certainly share the space with another dog. I do have a cooling mat and a separate pillow for my dog, so there is no shortage of comfy spaces. I love to cuddle with the pups when I can if that's their thing and giving them lots of attention while I care for them.
About: I have dog sat multiple times for family friends, usually 3 dogs at a time, no problem. The owners always return to their dogs being happy and healthy. I am self employed now so I am very flexible and will be available pretty much all day to take care of your fur babies. Lisa was very communicative and even helped out providing her own when I forgot to bring the batch I had premade for B's special food addition, saving me time of having to run home when I had to catch a flight. She provided pictures every day and made sure Beatrix was settled when dropping her off at my home and even sent a video. She checked in with me when Beatrix's arthritis was acting up before giving the "as needed" meds. I will definitely use Lisa again!”

He seems insightful of dogs' communication and was able to handle our dog's protectiveness around meal times. I really appreciated Chris' communication and that there weren't a lot of other dogs there at the same time so I didn't have to worry about unknown dog group dynamics.
