With extensive experience in various settings, including shelters and various high-stress environments, I'm fluent in canine and feline body language. I can handle shy and fearful dogs and cats, rowdy/jumpy/mouthy dogs, and any animals that just need a little work on their manners. I can administer oral, topical, and injectable medications for dogs and cats. I will send regular photos! I prioritize a safe and enriching environment for your companions. My commitment extends to treating each pet as if they were my own, employing positive reinforcement training methods without any use of physical force. Drawing from extensive experience, I can care for both lively puppies and wise senior dogs. Whether it's the boundless energy of a pup or the gentle attention required by a senior companion, rest assured your furry friend will receive personalized care that caters to their unique needs. Being a devoted volunteer at the Humane Society, I actively contribute to the health and well-being of animals through clinic assistance, including vaccines, treatments, and surgery preparation and recovery. Previously, I've also volunteered as a dog and cat matchmaker, a dog walker, and a kitten and puppy foster parent. Furthermore, my experience extends to small animals, including rabbits, hamsters, hedgehogs, gerbils, reptiles, fish, and more. I run a WFH business, ensuring open availability for your furry friends! I request at least 24 hours of notice prior to a booking. I can accommodate emergency bookings depending on the situation. I can follow any regular routine that your pet is used to; for example, frequent potty breaks, crating while away, set feeding times, and walks at their usual or an increased frequency. For the safety of your dog, I will not do dog park visits unless I regularly care for your dog and they demonstrate consistent recall with me.
