Hello! My name is Emerson and I cannot wait to meet you and your furry friend(s)! I am very comfortable around animals; I've had dogs my whole life, and had a bearded dragon for over 5 years. I worked briefly at a dog daycare company and have some knowledge in different breeds, temperaments, and giving medications. I am also comfortable working with cats of all shapes and sizes. I frequently pet sit for friends, family, coworkers etc. If you have any question, concerns, or general information you might like please do not hesitate to contact me! I can’t wait to meet your pet!

I have trusted Emerson as a house and pet sitter for the past 15 years and have consistently been impressed with the level of care provided. Emerson is very communicative and will ask any questions that come up during their visit. They are very punctual with medication administration and feeding schedules, and they take the time to sit, love on, and play with the pets. Emerson will also take silly and cute photos of your pet when giving updates on how the animals are doing. I highly recommend Emerson and the care they provide, and your pets will have a pleasant experience while you are away!
Emerson is responsible, follows instructions, and asks for clarification, when needed, when caring for pets. I have trusted Emerson to give my diabetic cat her insulin injections, care for chickens when a hawk is in the area, and have felt my house to be safe when Emerson is there.
Calendar and availability
Schedule
I'm currently working full time, and I would be available after 4pm and on weekends. I can do early mornings and late nights as necessary. Looking to stay in the Vancouver/Ridgefield area.

Safety, trust & environment
I am happy to feed, walk, play with, and give medications to your pet. I'm also comfortable staying overnights if needed. I have no issues cleaning up after pets and will give plenty of snuggles :)
