“Megan has been great and responds very quickly, even with short notices. My dog returns home happy after every walk. She is communicative regarding pick up/drop off times and updated availability. Hand offs have been easy breezy - I will recommend Megan to anyone.”

“Chelsea is wonderful! As a new pup mom was a bit anxious about getting all this started and how it would go for Maggie. Chelsea made it so easy, answered all my questions, shares pictures of their time together and assures Maggie is well cared for, couldn’t be happier!”

“Deanna is an incredible dog whisperer:) Lola absolutely loves spending time with her! I highly recommend 🙂 I’ve always appreciated Deanna’s sharp communication and photo updates. Book her today! :)”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember (I’ve been sneaking animals in my home since I was in diapers😌), and being around them truly makes me happiest. I’m incredibly empathetic toward animals (I don’t even kill bugs!), so every pet in my care is treated with gentleness, patience, and genuine love. The dogs in my photos are my beloved old pups (Milo the Golden Retriever and Yoshi the Shih Tzu) Milo was 8wks when I got him and Yoshi was 5wks — I don’t currently have any dogs, but I do have two friendly cats at home. Lucy my tiny little black cat🖤 and Foggy my orange menace 🧡 (both rescues) I have hands-on experience caring for and training my own dogs over the years, from large breeds like Dobermans to small breeds like Shih Tzus. I’ve also had cats my entire life so growing up half my cats were kitties I found, some even needing bottle feeding. I'm comfortable with all things feline — from playful kittens to independent seniors. Beyond dogs and cats, I’ve cared for chickens, birds, and many other kinds of pets throughout my life. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. With me, your pet won’t just be watched — they’ll be cared for like family. 💛 Hiii! You like my name? Thanks! I got it for my birthday ! Jk it’s long😒 I know so I just go by Mari (pronounced Maury) As you see being a stand up comedian isn’t my calling so here I am 🥲 I’m a stay-at-home mom with lots of free time and even more love to give your fur babies! I currently live in Vancouver, Being home most of the day means I can give your pet plenty of attention, care, and one-on-one time. I’m available for walks and drop-ins on weekdays from 7am–4pm and Sundays from 7am–1pm, with flexibility whenever possible to help fit your schedule (I remember how hard it was finding doggy daycare when I had my pups and ended up taking them to work with me) Whether your pet needs a fun walk, playtime, a potty break, or extra cuddles, I’m always happy to help! While I currently live in an apartment with a spacious balcony, please know that your pup won’t be cooped up inside all day! We will spend much time out exploring, enjoying fresh air, and getting in plenty of movement and mental stimulation. Walks, sniff breaks, and outdoor adventures are very important to me in order to keep a pup happy and healthy! I’d love to be your fur baby’s (and yours!) new friend and help make their day (also yours!😌) a little brighter!✨🐾🩷 I unfortunately don’t own a house and currently live in a third-floor apartment with a big back balcony, perfect for some fresh-air fun! I live near lots of parks and walking trails so being stuck inside my home will definitely not be an option.I have two friendly cats who can be tucked away if needed. My kiddos (ages 8–17) may occasionally be around (no school days) but they all love animals as much as I do and know how to respect boundaries, especially with pets who are a little skittish around kids.I love sharing updates! Expect lots of cute photos and videos so you can see your fur baby’s enjoying every walk, play session, and cuddle break.📸 Your fur baby's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities — they’ll get plenty of love, cuddles, and care, and will feel right at home!🩷
About: What sets me apart is my reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for each pet’s routine and comfort. With over five years of hands-on experience as a pet owner, I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. I follow instructions closely, communicate clearly, and provide consistent updates so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away. I work full time in Lake Oswego, but I love spending time with pets in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. I make sure every drop-in is reliable, attentive, and tailored to your pet’s routine, so they feel happy and cared for while you’re away. I provide attentive, routine-based care for pets in their own home. I follow feeding schedules, bathroom routines, and any special instructions to keep pets comfortable and happy. I give plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, and I always communicate with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pet is safe and well cared for. I treat each pet as if they were my own, ensuring a calm and loving environment.
“Brooklyn is great with Maizie. When Maizie sees her, she gets so excited to go on a walk. It's so helpful to have someone who can commit and help my girl get the activity she needs when I'm working. I love the updates on Maizie's feelings that are part of the walk.”

“YAY! So grateful I found Elaine. I twisted my ankle and she was there helping me every day for 7 days so that I could rest. Her energy, kindness, flexibility, communication, and love of animals is so evident. I would let Elaine take care of all of my animals at any moment. I will absolutely have her walk Ginger again. And also boarding!”

About: Hi, I’m Sheila, a lifelong animal lover with a calm, nurturing presence and years of hands-on experience across species, ages, temperaments, and needs. I grew up on a small poultry farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and feathered friends, and I’ve continued that care into adulthood. I’ve raised and loved a variety of animals, including dogs, and cats of my own and through pet sitting for friends and with TrustedHousesitters, I’ve also supported families with senior pets, rescue animals, and those with medical or behavioral needs. I’m comfortable administering medications (oral, topical, and injected), adapting to animals with anxiety or mobility challenges, and tuning into what each pet uniquely needs, whether that's active play, a gentle routine, or quiet companionship. I attend grad school mostly online through UW, so your pet will get plenty of attention and presence. I look forward to connecting with you all. Spending time with animals is grounding, joyful, and meaningful for my life. If you’d like to connect or hear more about my past experience, I’d love to chat. I’m happy to share references and photos (or just swap pet stories!). Your animals are family. And I’ll treat them as such. Pet care naturally fits into my daily rhythm. I attend grad school mostly online through UW and have a flexible schedule, so I can easily adjust my day around walks, playtime, and cuddle breaks. Spending time with pets is grounding and joyful for me, not an add-on or chore. It gives me purpose and balance, so I welcome the routine of feeding, walks, medication (if needed), and companionship as part of my everyday flow. I meet each pet exactly where they are. In your home, I follow the routine you’ve already established, so your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment. That means keeping consistent meal times, walking routes, play activities, or quiet company, whatever your pet is used to. I’m comfortable with administering medications, supporting anxious or shy animals with patience, and giving extra attention to senior pets. My goal is always to maintain stability, reduce stress, and provide genuine companionship so you come home to a happy, cared-for pet.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 10 years. I was a dog sitter on a military base for years. Plus I have my own 10 year old dachshund that is my best little friend. There’s no such thing as a bad dog, they just all have their own little personalities! I’ve also volunteered in many animal shelters over the past 10 years. I currently work full time as a corrections nurse, however, I miss being around animals and would love to be able to love on doggies before work and on my days off. I work swing shift from 330pm-12am so I am available every day from 6am-2pm and I am available all day on Mon and Tues and every other weekend! I have a mini dachshund who loves other doggies and would gladly come on walks with us! I have a doggy stroller if your pup is older and can’t walk as far but you still want them to get some fresh air. I have no issues crating dogs, taking them on walks, playing with them in the backyard, or taking them to dog parks.
“Thank you We could tell Kendall received some great mid afternoon exercise. Appreciate you taking the time to meet with us beforehand so we could have consistency on leash training and the off leash are.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was a teenager. I love animals so much, each is so unique! I have also done extensive dog training with my corgi for 3 years, she has anxiety and reactivity issues. So I’m well versed in those behaviors in animals! I am a pediatric nurse at Randalls in Portland. Rover is something I do on the side for fun because I enjoy it! I also just bought my first home so the extra income is very helpful. I am currently moving into my new home which is very spacious. I personally crate my dog at night, but let her roam inside during the day. I can follow whatever directions you need for your fur baby!

About: I grew up with all types of dogs and have been around animals my whole life. I LOVE playing, walking, and taking care of furry friends so I am looking forward to spending time with yours! I work from home most days of the week and have an extremely flexible schedule. I also have a lot of flexibility during the weekend! I currently do not have any pets so will treat yours like my own! I am a playful, reliable, and trustworthy person and am so excited to spend time with your pups!
“Lauren was such a treat! I went out of town to Seattle for the weekend, and she was able to take my little Teuta on walks and make sure she had water and food and was incredibly amazing! I was nervous because it was our first time leaving her in my home while being away (as opposed to daycare or boarding) and I was able to relax with Lauren, 100%. Plus, my little Uta is an energetic yet timid 2 year old dog with massive FOMO, but Lauren’s attentiveness and energy was exactly what she needed on our first weekend away. Not only did Lauren check in with the photos and comments, I could tell from the messages that she was really active and engaged with my dog. It wasn’t just the typical dog walk, they were best friends and I can’t believe how happy my dog was for someone new. Lauren is an eleven out of ten and would highly recommend her for anything!”

About: I recently graduated from UO and just moved to Portland looking for a full-time job so I have complete availability. I am extremely pet deprived and am eager to give some animals some love. Unfortunately, both my childhood pets have passed. I had a German shepherd named Libby and a cat named Jaspurr who was diabetic. Jaspurr was my best friend and I miss him dearly so I’m longing to take care of another furry friend! I’ve had past experience pet sitting for numerous family members, whether that be feeding, refilling up water bowls, picking up dog poop, and taking them on walks! I will treat your animal as if it was my own! I’m currently on the job hunt and have nothing but time on my hands so I’m available weekdays and weekends any time of the day. Every family has their own preferred way for caring for their pets and every animal has its own behaviors. I’d be more than happy to follow whatever rules you have set aside for your house and way you care for your pet(s). I believe mimicking the environment when you are normally home is crucial so they don’t get stressed out or off-balance. I take extremely good care of my animals and when pet sitting in the past, I make sure to follow the written instructions left for me or takes notes on my own when I meet the owners!
“Alura was available for me in a pinch and was flexible and kind while we sorted out the weekly walk schedule. She followed the instructions I left without any issues. We, including our beloved Darwin, are so grateful for the love. Highly recommend her service!”

Thank you so much Shaelyn! Jasper is always happy after he walks with you, and he's always eager and ready when you get here! Shaelyn is attentive to Jasper, and communicates well with us! We love that we can count on you! I would recommend Shaelyn to anyone who has pets!

My dog Jasper really needed a friend for when his parents aren't around and Megan is a wonderful caring dog walker! She's is easy to book with, communicative and interested in everything Jasper! Jasper is so happy to see her and doesn't hesitate to spend time with her. Thank you Megan!

Kira was great! I’m pretty picky when it comes to who I will let in my home and care for my pet but she made it easy for me to go about my day knowing Pilot was happy and and well taken care of. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be rebooking with her for future walks and home stays when I’m on puppy free vacations.
