About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember (I’ve been sneaking animals in my home since I was in diapers😌), and being around them truly makes me happiest. I’m incredibly empathetic toward animals (I don’t even kill bugs!), so every pet in my care is treated with gentleness, patience, and genuine love. The dogs in my photos are my beloved old pups (Milo the Golden Retriever and Yoshi the Shih Tzu) Milo was 8wks when I got him and Yoshi was 5wks — I don’t currently have any dogs, but I do have two friendly cats at home. I grew up on a small poultry farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and feathered friends, and I’ve continued that care into adulthood. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 10 years. I was a dog sitter on a military base for years. Plus I have my own 10 year old dachshund that is my best little friend. There’s no such thing as a bad dog, they just all have their own little personalities! I’ve also volunteered in many animal shelters over the past 10 years. I currently work full time as a corrections nurse, however, I miss being around animals and would love to be able to love on doggies before work and on my days off. I work swing shift from 330pm-12am so I am available every day from 6am-2pm and I am available all day on Mon and Tues and every other weekend! I have a mini dachshund who loves other doggies and would gladly come on walks with us! I have a doggy stroller if your pup is older and can’t walk as far but you still want them to get some fresh air. I have no issues crating dogs, taking them on walks, playing with them in the backyard, or taking them to dog parks.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was a teenager. I love animals so much, each is so unique! I have also done extensive dog training with my corgi for 3 years, she has anxiety and reactivity issues. So I’m well versed in those behaviors in animals! I am a pediatric nurse at Randalls in Portland. Rover is something I do on the side for fun because I enjoy it! I also just bought my first home so the extra income is very helpful. I am currently moving into my new home which is very spacious. I personally crate my dog at night, but let her roam inside during the day. “Lauren was such a treat! I went out of town to Seattle for the weekend, and she was able to take my little Teuta on walks and make sure she had water and food and was incredibly amazing! I was nervous because it was our first time leaving her in my home while being away (as opposed to daycare or boarding) and I was able to relax with Lauren, 100%. Plus, my little Uta is an energetic yet timid 2 year old dog with massive FOMO, but Lauren’s attentiveness and energy was exactly what she needed on our first weekend away. Not only did Lauren check in with the photos and comments, I could tell from the messages that she was really active and engaged with my dog. It wasn’t just the typical dog walk, they were best friends and I can’t believe how happy my dog was for someone new. Lauren is an eleven out of ten and would highly recommend her for anything!”

About: I recently graduated from UO and just moved to Portland looking for a full-time job so I have complete availability. I am extremely pet deprived and am eager to give some animals some love. Unfortunately, both my childhood pets have passed. I had a German shepherd named Libby and a cat named Jaspurr who was diabetic. Jaspurr was my best friend and I miss him dearly so I’m longing to take care of another furry friend! I’ve had past experience pet sitting for numerous family members, whether that be feeding, refilling up water bowls, picking up dog poop, and taking them on walks! I will treat your animal as if it was my own! I’m currently on the job hunt and have nothing but time on my hands so I’m available weekdays and weekends any time of the day. Every family has their own preferred way for caring for their pets and every animal has its own behaviors. I believe mimicking the environment when you are normally home is crucial so they don’t get stressed out or off-balance. I take extremely good care of my animals and when pet sitting in the past, I make sure to follow the written instructions left for me or takes notes on my own when I meet the owners!
