About: I’ve had pets since the age of five, and have loved taking care of animals since! I’ve helped take care of plenty of dogs, big and small. I’ve owned Alaskan Malamutes, Labradors, Dobermans, etc and loved to walk them all. I’m good at getting pets to take their medicine and love to give seniors the extra care and attention they deserve. I’ve had several dogs since they were puppies and have potty trained them and taught them neat tricks too! I’m familiar with dog puzzles and other mentally stimulating toys (gotta keep those brains busy!) I’m also comfortable with reactive dogs-I owned an 85lb reactive dog and took him safely on walks and hikes with me. The safety/comfort of the dog and any other people/animals is of the utmost importance. I promise to take care of your baby like they’re my baby. I work until about 2pm but have plenty of time in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends to help take care of or walk your pet! Currently I’m not available to take pets into my home. About: I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule and have plenty of times available for walks and drop in visits. I have 3 pets of my own though and can’t stay overnight or do boarding at my house. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs I’m happy to bring my lab over she is great with other dogs. I am happy to accommodate any routine your pet may have to make them more comfortable on walks and drop in visits. I’m very used to shy dogs and cats that may need a little more space as well as super energetic ones.
