About: I’ve had dogs, cats, and small animals my whole life. I’ve even fostered with rescues in the past. I recently lost my own dog and thought maybe I could cuddle someone else’s while they travel. I work from home and have a fully fenced yard which your pet would have access to at any time they like! I work from home for the Dept of Veterans Affairs and usually have the back door open for access to the fenced yard throughout the day. Outside of errands, I am typically home with them. I have a fenced yard with plenty of access for the pets. When they’re here, they’re family so if they want in the sofa: great! Sleep in bed: even better! Or if they prefer the safety of their crate, that’s good too. I want them to feel comfortable. Unless they’re from the same household, I prefer to keep one dog at a time to make sure they get undivided attention. But, if they’re social and like to play, I live super close to the dog park! If you just want drop-in visits or walks, just let me know how I can best accommodate and I’ll be happy to work something out to suit your needs.

About: After becoming an elementary school teacher 15 years ago, I began dog sitting for coworkers and some of my parents friends. Then, 10 years ago, I adopted my own dog, Moxie. My 14 year old girl would love to have some friends over to play, she still has a lot of energy for a senior dog! She is fixed, about 45 lbs, fully vaccinated, and gets along with most dogs, especially smaller dogs, we would just need to have them meet first. We have a cozy home with a fully fenced yard in SE Vancouver. I have experience with senior dogs, dogs with vision, hearing, and mobility challenges, dogs that take oral medication, and administering diabetes medication syringes. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, 2 years ago I took the big step of adopting a husky of my own (Ela) she had made me realize I love taking care of animals even if they can be a challenge. I am patient with all pets and understand that they need time to learn as well and love them for their flaws and all. About: I've always loved animals and knew I wanted to work with them in some capacity. Since I was a kid I've been pet sitting for neighbors, or friends/family and then I started walking dogs in college to make extra money.
