About: I have cared for all sorts animals my whole life, from as small as a gerbil to as large as a llama. I have previous experience working in a boarding kennel and veterinary office. I have experience working with special needs animals and administrating medications. I work full time, 6-8 hour shifts 5-6 days a week. I am almost always done with work between 1 and 2 pm at the latest. I don't have consistent days off but can be flexible with availability. For pets who need extra care throughout the day (potty breaks every 4 hours, 3+ meals, etc.), I can typically work accommodations into my schedule for those in the 98664/98683/98684 area. I am well-versed in behavioral signs of animals and will make them feel safe and trusted while I am in their homes. My main goal is always to support your pets in whatever way they need.

Our dogs have passed and so getting to be around others is so nice! I am safe, respectful, reliable, and responsible. I follow detailed instructions and will take wonderful care! About: I have taken care of elderly cats, sticking to a routine and administering saline treatment. I am energetic and fun for pets to be around. I'd love to take care of your pet while you're away and understand the importance of pictures and updates to know your best friend is safe and well cared for. I will take multiple pets but only from the same home. I have a fenced yard with space to run and play. About: Fury, hairless, scales and beaks. I’m comfortable and good with all kinds of pets. I can handle multiple at a time or just one little guy. This is what I currently do for work! It fits into most of my routine and allows me to do my hobbies like working out and reading. I make sure to always have food and water available, playtime and walks to get energy out, and cuddles. If clients have specific orders they shall be met.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, and small animals my whole life. I’ve even fostered with rescues in the past. I recently lost my own dog and thought maybe I could cuddle someone else’s while they travel. I work from home and have a fully fenced yard which your pet would have access to at any time they like! I work from home for the Dept of Veterans Affairs and usually have the back door open for access to the fenced yard throughout the day. Outside of errands, I am typically home with them. I have a fenced yard with plenty of access for the pets. When they’re here, they’re family so if they want in the sofa: great! Sleep in bed: even better! Or if they prefer the safety of their crate, that’s good too. I want them to feel comfortable. Unless they’re from the same household, I prefer to keep one dog at a time to make sure they get undivided attention. But, if they’re social and like to play, I live super close to the dog park! About: Hi, I’m Carissa — a mom of four and lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve had cats and dogs since I was a kid and have trained puppies at home with potty training and basic commands like sit, stay, and come. I love all breeds and personalities — seniors, shy pups, and energetic goofballs are all welcome here! Right now I’m in the slow season of my regular job, which means I have extra time and flexibility to give your pet plenty of attention and love. I treat every animal like family and always take time to understand their unique personality. Expect lots of cuddles, encouragement, and photo updates from me! I wake up very early every day and can always care for pets before work or after work, and always on my days off. If your schedule is flexible I can do multiple visits a day as well. About: I had an 11 year old rescue beagle with special needs and a whole lot of stubborn. I learned a lot from him, especially patience. I am an artist and small business owner splitting time between north Portland and Vancouver. I have a very flexible schedule and looking after your furry friends is a way for me to supplement my growing business. About: I've always loved animals and knew I wanted to work with them in some capacity. Since I was a kid I've been pet sitting for neighbors, or friends/family and then I started walking dogs in college to make extra money.
