About: I haven't had as much experience caring for cats outside of my own as I have with dogs. I have had my own cat for 10 years, but as any cat parent knows, each cat has a very unique personality. “Alex is the best! We needed help with our three cats with very little scheduling notice, and Alex stepped up to help. He took notes while I went over their routine, and I could tell he took caring for them very seriously. He even agreed to bringing in our mail and watering some plants. One of our cats is diabetic and needs insulin injections twice daily, and she was also on an oral antibiotic. Alex updated us regularly about how the cats were doing, whether or not the diabetic cat was eating, and how feedings and medication administrations went. It really eased our anxieties with leaving our three cats with individual needs in the hands of someone so capable and trustworthy. Alex's professionalism and dedication to providing quality care for our cats and the house while we were gone allowed us to focus on what we needed to at that time. We will undoubtedly request his services for future cat care needs while we are away.”

About: The fact that my fur babies on my everything is what I believe that’s me apart from others. They’re like my children. They are my emotional support. About: I have taken care of dogs, horses, and other farm animals since I was 7 years old. I grew up in a family with four big dogs and spent a lot of time training them in agility, helping at equestrian centers and other farms where I encountered and worked with all different kinds of working dogs, and spent years studying dog training, grooming, and handling. I currently have a highly reactive Pyrenees/German Shepherd who has allowed me to find a new passion in more deeply figuring out how different kinds of animals' minds work and learn to cater to their varying needs and learning styles, a mini Aussie who I am now working with in the beginning stages of agility training and having fun learning all sorts of different types of obedience and tricks with, and an Aussie/Pyr newly 1 year old who is already my best mountain biking buddy and has had a very strong start with agility training. I have also raised a litter of 10 puppies, so I am experienced and comfortable with dogs of any age. Their worlds are only as big as we make them, and they deserve all the love and experiences they can get! I work remotely, so my schedule is fully flexible most days. I have to schedule meet & greets and start/end times around my meeting schedule daily, but once I am there can cater to whatever you dog’s daily schedule need is I will follow any directions you leave me, from crating, feeding, and play/cuddle time instructions if I am sitting, or whatever sort of walking specifications or request you have to best to cater to you dog if I am only taking him/her on walks.

About: I’ve had pets since the age of five, and have loved taking care of animals since! I’ve helped take care of plenty of dogs, big and small. I’ve owned Alaskan Malamutes, Labradors, Dobermans, etc and loved to walk them all. I’m good at getting pets to take their medicine and love to give seniors the extra care and attention they deserve. I’ve had several dogs since they were puppies and have potty trained them and taught them neat tricks too! About: I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule and have plenty of times available for walks and drop in visits. I have 3 pets of my own though and can’t stay overnight or do boarding at my house. If your dog enjoys playing with other dogs I’m happy to bring my lab over she is great with other dogs. I am happy to accommodate any routine your pet may have to make them more comfortable on walks and drop in visits. I’m very used to shy dogs and cats that may need a little more space as well as super energetic ones.

I've been around all kinds of dogs most of my life and doggie and house sat through high school and college to support myself. I believe that our four-legged family members are to be seen, heard and treasured and very much understand the part they play in our lives, because of this I also understand the responsibility I have to the safety and well being of your loved one and look forward to getting to know that sweet face that brings you so much joy! I have a huge fenced yard and if your sweetie likes the company of other dogs I love field trips to the dog park!
