About: I've taken care of animals professionally and personally since I was a kid. Starting with cats, then getting dogs and learning to train them. In high school I started getting into bigger and smaller pets - rats and then horses. I even have experience with caring for fish. If you've got it, I can learn how to care for it just like you would! I work at a vet ER, so I can do late night check ins for the first half of the week or almost anytime on my weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). About: Hi, I’m Carissa — a mom of four and lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve had cats and dogs since I was a kid and have trained puppies at home with potty training and basic commands like sit, stay, and come. I love all breeds and personalities — seniors, shy pups, and energetic goofballs are all welcome here! Right now I’m in the slow season of my regular job, which means I have extra time and flexibility to give your pet plenty of attention and love. I treat every animal like family and always take time to understand their unique personality. Expect lots of cuddles, encouragement, and photo updates from me! I wake up very early every day and can always care for pets before work or after work, and always on my days off. If your schedule is flexible I can do multiple visits a day as well. She took my pup to run some errands and even spent extra time with my pupper after the walks to make her feel safe (My dog and I have never been apart that long). About: I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for chickens as well. I previously volunteered with the Humane Society for Southwest Washington (HSSW), where I worked primarily with large dogs. Through my volunteer work, I completed dog safety training and learned how to recognize and de-escalate potentially stressful situations to help keep both animals and people safe. I am also an Eagle Scout. For my Eagle Scout service project, I designed and built an outdoor shelter structure for HSSW that provides volunteers and staff with protection from the weather while supervising dogs in the play yard. About: I'm a mom to two cats, Schneider and Stormy, and I'm just as at home with dogs. I've cared for pups of all sizes and energy levels, from leash-pullers to couch potatoes. I work freelance, so my schedule is flexible and I'm never rushing out the door. Beyond the basics (food, water, walks, meds exactly as you like them), I always set aside time to just play with your pet. Every furry cuties I get to meet feels like a little stroke of luck, and I want them to have a genuinely fun time with me. I'm also into journaling and photography. Currently I only do drop-in visits, so your pet gets to stay in their own comfy space. I'll follow your routine, and after each visit I'll log what I did and how your pet was doing: meals, potty, playtime, and their energy level. Safety-wise, doors stay locked, windows and gates get double-checked, and leashes are always on for walks. I'll keep your vet and emergency contacts handy, and if anything seems off, you'll hear from me right away.

About: I’ve taken care of friends and family dogs while they are out of town. Personally I own two dogs who depend on me on taking them on walks. I’m available to walk and take care of your pet on weekdays anytime. Also Saturdays after 12 pm. Sundays after 4 pm. Currently available for the holidays. I have two friendly dogs who would be enchanted to give company to your dog. Backyard is securely fenced for dogs to run around/use bathroom. I am a single mom to two teenagers and work a schedule that is adjustable to work with your pet care needs. I make sure to follow all directions left by my client, whether their pet is crated, what to look out for, what they like/dislike, feeding schedules, etc. I always keep in contact with my client if anything seems “off” or different about their furry family member. I provide photo updates, message updates about your babies and I am always available to send a photo or info upon request! I want you to know that your furry babies are safe and happy in my care.

About: I grew up having three different dogs ever until I was about 13. Over the last couple years, I’ve watched, walked, and overall taken care of several dogs for friends and family. I genuinely love to be around dogs and to play. I work from home full-time so I can give your dog a good amount of attention throughout the day with breaks to play and take a necessary potty or walk. I can watch dogs currently anytime during the work week! I live in an apartment so I don’t have a yard, but the area I live in has grass near by to go to when needed. Otherwise, we do go on walks throughout the day in our apartment community to get some exercise. We hold the safety of the dogs at highest priority so making sure they don’t get into anything they aren’t suppose to and making sure that they have what they need!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, 2 years ago I took the big step of adopting a husky of my own (Ela) she had made me realize I love taking care of animals even if they can be a challenge. I am patient with all pets and understand that they need time to learn as well and love them for their flaws and all. I work from home or on the go however I set my own schedule so I have open availability for pet care, I understand emergencies come up and I can help. In my home I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space to run around, I make sure exits / entrances are secure both at my own home and at others to make sure pets can’t get lost, I always keep a eye on my dog Ela during potty breaks to make sure she doesn’t danger herself or others. I pay attention to when a pet / animal has a want or need and will not ignore them treating them as a priority. Ela loves to eat and is a natural scavenger so I make sure no harmful foods or anything that shouldn’t be eaten is left out in the open.

About: I have extensive experience taking care of cats, dogs and reptiles, including babies, elderly and sick pets. I also have experience with outdoor livestock such as cows, pigs, and chickens. I have experience with short and long term pet care and am comfortable caring for them in either your home or mine. I am a seasonal wildland firefighter with the winter months off so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friends. I am comfortable caring for your pets in either your home or mine and I have a TON of space in my car to take them anywhere they want to go.
