“To start, Danielle had my dog for a daycare, and, everything went great. I received photos showing him walking with others and I know him well enough to know he was enjoying his time. I felt comfortable to go ahead and schedule two overnights with Danielle for him during my next work trip. Things I love about Danielle are that she really pays attention to what you say, the details. She is straightforward and not afraid to express any concerns (such as safety of certain types of collars etc.) Her communication has been excellent. She walks every day with multiple dogs and the pack is such an enjoyable place for my dog. I'm not inundated with photos, but, receive just enough to know he's doing well! We will be boarding at Danielle's as long as she'll have us 💜”

We got lots and lots of pictures - so fun to see Coconut zooming around the yard or crashed out on Bowie's bed. Also- I made a mistake on the booking dates, paying for one extra night, and Emily caught the mistake and fixed it immediately. This was my best experience with Rover yet. If she's available, I wouldn't use anyone else!”

Debbie’s house has a great fenced back yard so the dogs can run and play. She has dog beds throughout the house and cool house on hot summer days for the dogs. “I have been fairly home bound in my worries of leaving a skittish pup in the care of friends, kennels , or sitters while I travel to family. Our shelter rescue is very frightened of strangers and it takes forever to get her calm in new settings. After meeting with Lisa who really went the extra mile to come meet our dog pre-boarding, and who explained everything completely, I knew instantly that we had found a rare soul. There are certain people who emanate calm compassion. Lisa was beyond great and flexible to work with. Our dog did just beautifully staying in Lisa’s home (I’m still amazed). Frequent photos and updates were provided, and I wish there had been a “Lisa” babysitter when I was a young Mom! She’s that good, and she’s been a blessing for us to find.”

“I was very pleased with Fin who kept me updated about Blackjack. He had a couple of issues that concerned Fin regarding his digestive system. I reassured her that sometimes he does have challenges. He was fine the first seven days so likely stressed with the number of days he was at Fin’s home. Fin sent a number of photos that showed Blackjack was totally enjoying himself! I highly recommend Fin as a Dogsitter. Her backyard is a great place for dogs to hang out as is her home. I was impressed by the fact that she walked the dogs twice a day and also only takes one dog at a time.! Fin works from home so Blackjack got constant attention!”

We could tell Johnny was in great hands and being really well cared for. He was so sweet about meeting Johnny at his own pace and never pushing him too quickly, which helped him settle in comfortably. He picked up on Johnny’s little quirks and routine right away, stayed on top of his meds, and kept him on his normal schedule. We also really appreciated all of the updates and photos throughout the stay — we missed our pup a lot, and it was such a comfort getting those check-ins and knowing he was doing well. Deboye is attentive, responsible, flexible, and genuinely kind. We’re so grateful for the care he gave Johnny and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. About: I have cared for a variety of breeds, energy levels, and personalities. I've helped train puppies, given medications, and helped anxious dogs remain calm while with us. As a family, we adapt to each pet and pet parent's requests including timing/ frequency of meals, giving medications and only food provided as needed, activities/ walks the dog prefers, crating (or not), and other things that helps them feel comfortable. I work part time and volunteer while my kids are in school. We are home most evenings and days, we have some activities but we're back early in the evening. I have a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood that doesn't have any traffic noise (there is some daytime construction but it hasn't concerned any of our guests yet). I have a spot for their bed that is central to most of our activities so they can observe and relax. Most like the big front window to watch the street from. The girls do a lot of ball throwing, tug of war, and treat hide and seek. They also like to make treats (when pet parents allow) and reward them for responding to commands. I don't allow them to feed dogs anything on their own.
