She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”

“Lisa sent us pictures and updates while she cared for our pups which was really comforting . One of our dogs is very old and we were a little concerned about him. But he did great. Lisa clearly took good care of both of them as they were happy and healthy when I picked them up.She didn't bat an eye when I brought over special food. We will always call on Lisa when we go out of town!”
