It was a last minute request for a new dog to spend the day with her and because I wouldn't be able to drive in the evening she dropped him off for me. So unbelievably helpful. About: Animals have always formed a part of my life growing up and even now with my own two pups. It is very important that you know that I will take care of yours fur babies as I would my own - with lots of love. I work from home so I can spend a lot of time with pets in my care if I am house sitting or just at home. I also keep very active and can take them out for walks and potty breaks throughout the day. I have a fenced backyard and spacious home for any pets in my home to wander and play around in. If your pup is not very friendly towards other dogs - I also have the ability to keep them separate with me in my living space.

About: I've had dogs my entire life. Grew up in a house full of animals. I have extensive experience with dogs of all ages and activity levels. I'm a volunteer at the SW WA humane society, so I've had a lot of training in how to read dog body language. I have an elderly pug who is mostly blind and deaf, and another dog who was rescued from a bad situation. She's taught me a lot about being patient and reading very subtle dog language. I work from home, and will only bring dogs in when I've got a clear schedule. My schedule allows me to be home all day, without needing to leave dogs home alone for more than an hour or so at a time. I have a fully fenced yard, with an area dedicated to just the dogs. The larger part of the yard is also fenced, and dogs can use that area for running, playing and zoomies. There are 3 cats who also live here, so we have pets gates that allow them to have their own area. I live in a fairly quiet neighborhood with walking paths nearby.

I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable with everything from medication routines to structured exercise and mental stimulation. I have a flexible schedule and am home most days, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and consistency throughout the day. I provide a calm, structured environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, and engagement. I have a very friendly 1.5-year-old double doodle who loves other dogs, but I can easily separate pets and provide a safe, comfortable space if they need. I have used Madalyn's services on several occasions, and I feel very comfortable in leaving my little guy in her care... She is the first person I think of when searching for a day care provider for Rocky. Rocky is very skeptical if EVERYONE, but he always goes to Madalyn willingly and settles right in quickly, which I was very worried about. Jenny took exceptional care of my senior dog, Charlie. From the very beginning, Charlie was immediately comfortable with her and tail wagging, which is rare since she’s usually a bit cautious around new people. Charlie has several medical needs, and Jenny went above and beyond by asking thoughtful, detailed questions to make sure she could provide the best possible care. She sends pictures and updates regularly, which helped me know Charlie was having a good time and happy. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Charlie was in such attentive and capable hands. Jenny truly has a special way with animals. She’s patient, gentle, and clearly cares deeply about the pets she looks after. María is the sweetest soul! she did such a wonderful job caring for my puppy Bones. he came back wagging his tail & ready to go to bed! she got all his energy out! Bones struggles with very very bad separation anxiety, & maría reassured me from the start that he was in good hands & would not be left alone. which has been a struggle in the past with previous sitters. Bones can also have some behaviors like jumping on people or the counter tops, & she did amazing setting that boundary with him not allowing him to hustle her & get away with being a menace! María kept me updated and sent me pictures quite often which i really appreciated! She made Bones & I feel comfortable & confident with our decision to go with her. she is so lovely & i would recommend her to anyone who may be worried leaving there pup w someone they don’t know! María is great!
This was our pup’s second time at Jennifer’s and he was again totally happy when we picked him up, he also slept all the way home (almost 2 hours) so I know he played and played, and enjoyed himself! I definitely will book with Jennifer again and highly recommend her!
