His communication was clear and thorough, and he even informed me promptly when my pup had a minor nosebleed. Knowing that Jared has a vet tech background gave me complete peace of mind, and I was confident that my pup was in safe and capable hands. She was able to set up a playdate and we came over and met her, her family and pets. Very communicative throughout the day. I have an elderly pup with bladder cancer and Elaine really cared for her and asked questions throughout the day. I highly recommend and will be using her again.”
