When Sully had a bit of an allergy flareup on his nose, they were quick to notify me and give him some ointment. It truly seemed that they cared for our pup as they would their own. About: I own a 23lb dog. She is very active, although we are in an apartment we go on walks at least twice a day. I’ve had her since she was 2 months old. I work part-time from home. I am a homebody so I’m basically home all the time. My dog is taken out for a potty break about every 6hrs, but I can accommodate your pup. I am in an apartment, but I have a balcony that I leave the door open to for my pup as long as our heater isn’t on. She can keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. We have a dog park, as long as it’s not raining, I will bring them out there.

About: I’ve been loving on four-leggeds for as long as I can remember—and I’ve meant every second of it. Over the past 15 years, I’ve raised two mastiffs (a Fila and a Cane Corso), both topping 180 lbs—so I’m very comfortable with big personalities and even bigger pups. My heart dog, Gauge, lived to 15, and losing him last March felt like losing a piece of myself. Caring for animals has always felt like a privilege to me. Earning their trust? That’s everything. I know every home has its own rules—whether your dog is crate-trained or couch-spoiled—and I’ll always follow your preferences to a T. That said… dogs here are treated like family. Think cozy, calm, and lots of attention. I’m a little (okay, very) obsessed with making sure they feel safe, happy, and completely at home. I’m fully prepared with all the accoutrements (think toys, high-quality treats, etc) to make your babies stay feel like their home away from home. And I simply can’t wait! If I’ve been hired to take care of someone’s fur baby, then that is my number 1 priority. I build my day around the dog’s needs. I make time for what’s necessary, and being a long time dog owner myself, having dogs in the house just comes naturally. Walks happen daily with or without pups around, so having a dog to join me would just be an added *major bonus. Potty breaks and special care requests are something I just tend to as needed. I care for pets in either my home or my clients home to my clients specifications. I do have a fully fenced back yard with a large grassy area. There’s an off-leash dog park right down the street from me that’s never very busy. I’d love to be able to take pups to the park. I also walk everyday and will be taking the dog on walks with me. I have a 5 year old son who loves animals and loves to help out with ‘the chores’ that come along with animal care.

About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover, and former volunteer for The Animal Foundation. After taking an extended break to finish my degree and move to the Pacific Northwest, I'm ready to start my pet-sitting business back up! I have experience with senior dogs and medically complex dogs, as well as puppies. Both my spouse and I currently work from home. I am full-time student wrapping up my History degree, and my spouse is a software developer working on an indie game, so your pup will be my main focus while they're here! There is also always a car available to take your dog to your preferred vet if needed, or take them on a fun adventure on one of our local hiking trails. We'll wake up in the morning, have outside time, go for a walk or to the park down the street if desired. They'll have breakfast and then free rein of the house for whatever they'd like to do. If they have favorite games they like to play with you at home, I'd love to learn them while your pups are in my care! We usually feed Rosie dinner around 7, but we're happy to feed your dog on their schedule so they have the least number of disruptions to their routine possible. We can go for an evening walk, and they can spend the evening inside or in the backyard as much as they like. We have a comfy, relaxing, fun home environment. It's just me and my spouse, no roommates or kids. Our yard has grass and is fenced in, there is a park just down the street from our house with grass and a small wooded area, and we're about twenty minutes from the Lewis River trail and Lacamas Lake in opposite directions. Our house is cozy, comfy, and the dogs are welcome to sleep and lounge on any of the furniture. Rosie has her own room with a queen-sized bed that she often sleeps in, and they're welcome to sleep in there with her, in the living room on our large couch, or in our room with us.
