If I could give more than five stars to Steve, I would he did an excellent job watching my two dogs. One was a Jack Russell. One is a husky blue heeler. They can be a handful. I’m aware of that, but from the first moment, I met him till the moment I picked up the dogs. I had no worries whatsoever. I knew that they were in good hands.
With just moving to the Vancouver area we were hesitant about leaving our boy with just anyone.. we met up with Steve first to see how he would do and we felt confident that Stanley would fit right in. Steve did a great job and Stanley came home tuckered out😎. He sent us videos and pics while he was there and that was awesome… I love that our baby can play with other dogs and get that socialization.. would recommend Steve to anyone…
We left our boy Luca with Steve after we read his awesome About Me section. We knew right away that Luca would be spoiled rotten. Steve sent updates and pictures which was great because we missed him so much. Luca came to Steve with a cut on his paw pad. We had spoken to him about it ahead of time and he assured us he was fine with administering Lucas’ ointment. We had a change in plans and had to end our stay with Steve, he was very understanding and made the changes with no problem. We will definitely be booking with him the next time we need boarding!
Chloe had a wonderful time at Steve's during our weekend trip away! It was really helpful to have a meet-and-greet with Steve before booking the first time. Steve made me feel comfortable knowing Chloe would be well taken care of during our trip. I loved all the photos of Chloe having a good time - it gave us peace of mind while we were away. It's easy to tell Steve truly cares about the pets in his care, which is so reassuring when you're leaving your furbaby with someone new. We will book Steve again for our next trip!
We never worry about Ranger when he is with Steve. We know he is well taken care of and he comes home a happy boy.
