Hi there! My name is Janesia, and I have over 10 years of experience house sitting and pet sitting for family and friends, along with two years of trusted experience here on Rover. I currently have four lovable furry friends of my own—one sweet dog and three adorable cats—so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I’m experienced with administering medications, caring for senior pets, and working with dogs who have anxiety or need a little extra patience and love. No matter the age, breed, or special need, all animals are welcome to be cared for and loved on in my care! I currently work part-time, averaging about 25 hours a week with 8-hour shifts, which gives me the flexibility to provide reliable, attentive care. I’m also planning to start college soon to pursue a career in medical school, so caring for animals is not only a passion but also a fulfilling and flexible part of my journey. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or overnight stays, I treat every pet like family. I look forward to meeting you and your furry companions!

I like to say I spoil my animals haha I buy them collars/toys that coordinate with the holidays, I give them toys that also help with mental stimulation during the day and I go on daily (2/3 times) walks with my dog and cats. When it comes to watching someone’s animals I treat them like one of my own!

Janesia was an excellent pet and house sitter! She was our first experience using Rover after our pet sitter unexpectedly cancelled. Janesia had great communication, was friendly and the dogs loved her. She kept in contact while we were out of town and left the house tidy when we returned. We absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter and she will be our go-to for the future.
Janesia was amazing with our pets! My dog is an anxious dog and getting her to eat is a bit hard when we’re away. Pepper was eating her meals, going on walks and snuggling with janesia the entire time we were away. Janesia consistently sent updates and pictures which made me feel so much better because I get nervous every time I leave my pets in someone else’s care. She followed all my instructions and asked questions if she was in doubt. She also left my home in perfect condition and left a sweet treat for us as a welcome home gift! She was absolutely amazing and I will definitely keep her as my regular pet sitter 😊!
Janesia is a great pet sitter! She stayed at our home with our 2 cats. Our cats were very comfortable with her. She sent us daily pictures and updates which was very comforting to us. Now we have a great pet sitter for future vacations.
Janesia did a great job with our pup Charlie! She kept in touch with messages and pictures throughout the stay. Our house was clean when we arrived home and she even left us some homemade cupcakes. She was very professional, friendly, and attentive. We look forward to her pet sitting for us in the future!

Schedule
Pet care fits into my daily life because I have a German shepherd corgi who is around 7 years old and 3 cats of various ages! I love love animals of all kinds! I work day shifts part time and attend college online so I have plenty of extra time to lend some helpful paws!
