About: Aside from my professional history as a wildlife biologist and former Oregon Zoo keeper I am a life long lover of dogs, cats, and all animals. I am experienced in all aspects of animal welfare from puppy training to administering senior dog medication and clipping cat nails. I'm in shape to handle any sized dog in the event of aggressive leash pulling or needing to lift a dog in case of emergency. I bring professional animal handing experience and an innate understanding and empathy towards animals. Recently furloughed Government wildlife biologist, I am currently available 24/7 if needed. I have my own animals at home I need to care for but between my wife and myself I have a flexible schedule and should be available whenever you need me. I'm experienced with all level of dog, cat, reptile, etc. care at all ages, including training. I can do multiple feeding a day, administer medication, walk, play, crate train, etc. I have an enclosed backyard in a quiet neighborhood that is safe for dogs of all sizes.

About: Animals get me. I have a deep love for animals of all kinds. Large breed dogs are kind of my specialty but I love any and all! Cats, dogs, fish, or birds. I just moved here last week from NE FL. I am a nurse full-time but waiting on license transfer, I have a vehicle and no other obligations. I have full availability to be able to accommodate most all needs. I will follow and respect any and all requests. I’m very easy going and can work around whatever your needs are. About: I have always been told I have a special touch with animals. When you’re away you want more than a pet sitter, you want your best friend to get some quality time! Felicia definitely has a special touch and my cat’s noticed. I think they were spoiled and I’m happy and I know both boys were too. We communicated and met in person preemptive to my vacation…actually a few times, with exchange of the house key and care instructions. She kept in contact with me everyday and made sure I was aware of everything going on with the animals, plus she even cared for my trash cans, which was real convenient. The cans were happy too ;-) 5 stars for Felicia because she has earned it, and earned my trust.

Michelle was absolutely wonderful looking after my cat while I was away. My cat is very shy, and she somehow managed to make him feel comfortable with her, which is impressive all by itself! Rebecca was great! She’s so kind and sweet and our cat immediately took to her. Asked questions to make sure she had everything covered and that we were comfortable with her. She was great about updating us with photos and what she was doing. It took off so much stress from us. We will definitely be using her again!
Andrew has now kindly looked after my dog in his own home and done drop-in visits on my cat in my own place and it’s such a relief to find a kind, caring, communicative person to trust with their care!! He made sure to cover all the information needed while I was away and shared lovely updates throughout the week.
