“Felicia took great care of my two cats while my husband and I were away for several days. I received updates every day with photos and details on the visit. I have already rebooked! ☺️”

About: "As a dedicated and reliable pet caregiver, i will provide an experience tailored to your dog’s unique personality and needs. I understand that your dog is a beloved family member, which is why I prioritize maintaining their familiar routine—from specific feeding times and favorite walking routes to their preferred sleeping spots. Whether your pup is an energetic adventurer who needs plenty of playtime or a calm senior who appreciates gentle companionship and belly rubs, I offer attentive, one-on-one care in a safe and loving environment. You can travel with total peace of mind knowing I provide regular photo updates, clear communication, and the same level of affection I give my own pets. My goal is to ensure your dog stays happy, healthy, and tired out until your return!" As a part-time employed Mom and Grandma, I like to be busy and have time to spare for loving more than just my family and pets. At this moment, I have 3 dogs and two cats, all who need my personal attention several times a day. I would love to do that for you too. I know what it’s like to be stressed about your kitty or dog while away and I can help relieve that, even for just a day or a week.

About: I’m a lifelong pet parent who has never lived without a furry companion by my side. My hands-on experience includes raising puppies, establishing reliable house routines, and navigating specific training and behavioral needs with my own dogs. I continuously invest time in reading training literature and attending webinars to ensure I use patient, positive-reinforcement techniques. You can count on me to respect your existing training cues, keep your pup physically and mentally engaged, and deliver detailed daily check-ins for complete peace of mind. I work from home with full control over my work calendar, allowing me to provide frequent potty breaks, active walks, and dedicated companionship all day. I mirror your pet's familiar routines in your home, providing structured leashed walks, timely feeding, clean spaces, and loving companionship while keeping your home secure.

“Bond is never happy to have his regular staff away, but he seemed happy when we got home so Emily apparently was a good substitute! Emily had good communication and sent photos daily.”

“Autumn is amazing. She watches my puppy a few days a week and she was super communicative throughout the visits. She also checked in a few hours later to make sure he was doing well. I highly recommend her!”

“Mandi was fantastic! She made sure my kitten got plenty of exercise and stayed active, and she was incredibly responsive throughout. I felt totally at ease knowing my pet was in such caring and capable hands.”

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs and cats, both as a pet owner and as a trusted sitter for family and friends. I’ve personally owned high-drive, strong-willed breeds, so I understand the patience, consistency, exercise, and structure they need to thrive. I’ve also had cats my entire life and truly understand their unique personalities and needs. What sets me apart is that I don’t just care for pets—I take the time to understand each animal individually and treat them like they’re my own. I’m currently working for Vancouver Public Schools so I will have plenty of time for walks at 3:00pm or later, or house sitting! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. When caring for your pets in their home, I make sure they stay in a familiar, comfortable environment while maintaining their normal routines as much as possible. I’m respectful of your home, attentive to your pet’s needs, and committed to providing reliable, loving care so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“This is going to be a comparison review for multiple drop-in visits. I had originally hired another sitter but decided to add Claire a couple times a month as a backup in case my original hire was sick or couldn’t make it. So she had two drop visits a month and would cover any time that the other sitter wasn’t available. The other sitter was adequate. She would come on time take pictures of them on the couch and leave on time. Sometimes she would say whether or not they peed. Sometimes she wouldn’t and I’d have to ask her and she would say oh I don’t know. They walked around the corner of the house. Claire on the other hand, actually pays attention to them. She plays with them. The videos are great! I know that they peed. They pooped. They had water. Most of the time the pictures and videos are of them being outside. She lets the dogs tell her what they want not the other way around. And when all they get is 30 minutes of attention, that is very important. Claire is now my only drop in sitter. I also feel comfortable that if I were to go out of town, I would definitely have her stay here. I know she’s going to college, and I hope that she makes all her dreams come true with whatever she decides to do. However, I hope that we can keep her busy enough where I could keep her as my sitter forever! Because I’m selfish! Please hire her around my schedule. 😁🐶🐾”

About: I’m a seasoned house and pet sitter for friends, families, and—over the past year—through TrustedHousesitters. I’ve cared for everything from high‑energy puppies to senior pets who need a slower pace, medication reminders, or extra patience. Having my own pets with their own unique tendencies has made me great at reading an animal’s personality and adapting to what helps them feel safe and relaxed. I keep routines consistent, follow instructions closely, and treat your home with the same respect I give your pets. My goal is always to make sure your animals feel secure and cared for while you’re away, and that you feel fully at ease knowing they’re in good hands. Pet care fits really naturally into my week. I’m already out and about most mornings, so adding walks or drop‑ins feels like a comfortable part of my day. I plan my schedule so I’m never rushed, and when I’m with someone’s pet, they get my full attention — whether that’s a walk, playtime, or just some calm company. I’m used to building my day around animals, so their routine just becomes part of mine. I care for pets in their home the same way I care for my own — with consistency, attention, and a calm presence. I follow your routines so everything feels familiar to your pet, keep feeding and potty schedules on track, and make sure they get the right mix of walks, play, and quiet company. I’m also mindful of your home and keep things tidy, so you come back to a clean, relaxed space. When I’m with your pet, they get my full focus and a steady, reassuring person in their day.
About: I am a dog mom to a young Mini Aussie and Cavalier mix. I have raised her since she was 8 weeks. I also have experience puppy and dog sitting for my friends and neighbors dogs. This includes walks, feeding, playtime, medication, cleaning, and car rides. I have volunteered at local animal shelters to take dogs on neighborhood walks to enrich their day and to help them get adopted. I have taken dogs on hikes and are aware of walking safety and managing dog interactions. I have a flexible work schedule as I work from home. I can be available for a single walk per day or multiple drop in visits per day. Monday and Thursday 9:30am-11am are the only times I will not be available. I can be available to a limited amount of repeat visits per week. Please reach out regarding schedule and booking questions. I understand as a dog parent that sometimes you are needing immediate pet care. I am a reliable, generous and fun dog mom. I will be offering drop in visits, dog walking, and pet sitting from my own home. My home has a fenced outdoor space, open space downstairs and upstairs for dogs to play. I have a very social and friendly dog that gets along with every dog she meets. We have many blankets and you are welcome to bring over any of your dogs favorite beds and comfort toys. I always have kibble and dog treats and feeding bowls on hand. Please feel free to bring your own as well.
“Amy is the best! She is reliable, communicative, and cares deeply about our pets. She was flexible with a last minute drop-in request, and asked a ton of great questions about the kind of care the pets need.”

About: I have availability 24/7 to care! Even as a kid, I’m the one who spent the most time with our pets! Will follow your example instructions just how you want! I’m currently not working, so I have all the time to take care of your pet. No schedule conflicts, so you don’t have to worry :) I have a small place, without much to do outside. But there’s a park less than 3 minutes away for walks. There are stairs to my place as I live on the second floor
“Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She has watched my two cats on numerous occasions since the start of this summer and it is so great to have one less thing to worry about knowing she's stopping by. She always helps with extra things like making sure my garden is watered and checking if doors were left unlocked by accident. She is incredibly flexible and is always kind enough to help when work keeps me away from home longer than expected.”

“Rebecca checked in on time twice a day and took great care of Arlo. He likes to go outside on his leash and she sent me plenty of pics on their “walks.” Arlo loves his humans and I felt terrible leaving his at my mom’s house for three days but Rebecca was in touch with me all of the way and put me at ease. I highly recommend Rebecca!”

“Sadie was so helpful making daily drop-ins on our cat, while we were away. She was gracious in having to clean up quite a few messes he made, she made sure his food, water, and litter box were kept fresh, and she spent some time with him each day to keep him from getting too lonely. She was very easy to communicate with during our trip. Thank you, Sadie for taking such good care of our kitty!”

Absolute angel. Ananda is super attentive and sweet with my kitty girls, even the spicy one and was flexible with my travel plans and very communicative during each visit. Plus she sent me pictures of my sweet baby floofs when I was missing them. Absolutely recommend and will be using her again.

This is the second time we have used Mandi and I would use her again in a heartbeat. She is incredibly reliable and took amazing care of our cat. Additionally our cat needed pill medication twice a day and she was amazing with making sure our cat got his meds. Can’t recommend Mandi enough!!

Cassie was recommended to me by a friend! She was so great with my senior cat who needs daily meds. Cassie had excellent communication, gave great updates, and overall put me at so much ease knowing Kitty was so well taken care of. I will definitely be using her again!

Michelle is always reliable and dependable! She consistently shows up on time and takes such great care of my cat. She gives her plenty of pets, attention, and playtime, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. I always know my cat is in good hands with Michelle!

Sienna is a fantastic communicator, reliable sitter and great cat photographer! We loved getting daily updates about our kitties while traveling. It gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our trip knowing they're not just well taken care of but also spoiled 🥰 we so appreciate the quality care. Our kitties will be looking forward to future visits Sienna for sure!

Alura was very attentive to my cat, Romeo. She paid attention to detail, and asked questions if things were not clear. Romeo was very happy and seemed content and comfortable when I came home. I loved the photos she sent. I also asked Alura to water my garden and flowers, and she did a great job with that. It was very hot the week I was gone, and everything looked great when I returned.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
