She did great! She stayed the entire time and sent me pictures and updates which really made me comfortable. Would use her again!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this sitter. We had to cancel the booking mid-service because of serious concerns about the care of our pets. The sitter was away for extended periods, our pets were not being fed on their normal schedule, and we were concerned about the lack of consistent care and communication. We had to involve Rover Trust & Safety and ultimately escalate the situation to leadership. We understand that things can come up during a stay, but with multiple pets in the home, we were looking for someone who could provide consistent care and follow their routines closely. Because of our concerns, we ultimately felt it was best to end the stay early. We appreciate the time that was spent caring for our pets, but based on our experience, we would not book this sitter again.

Makayla was great with my dogs! She was very communicative while I was out of town. She didn’t hesitate to reach out with questions if I hadn’t made something clear. I could tell she really cared about my fur babies!

We couldn’t be happier with the care Malaya provided for our pup, Luna, and our home. She stayed at our house, sent regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away, and took wonderful care of Luna. She also watered my plants, and everything looked healthy when we returned. Our home was just as clean and well cared for as when we left it. We would gladly trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring pet sitter.

Makayla did a great job and gave me multiple updates on my dog. He’s a nervous guy and she was respectful and smart about building trust and letting me know how he was doing.
