I started pet sitting in 2020. My goal as a pet sitter is to provide a comfortable experience for you and your pet so please feel free to reach out to me with any concerns you may have and hopefully we can work something out😊 I understand that fur babies are part of the family, and want to provide any help in any way I can. *Please read* While I love helping out in Portland, I may not always be able to accept requests in that area. I may not accept requests around rush hour in Portland in order to fulfill my requests in Vancouver within an appropriate time frame. Thank you for understanding!

My home, is your pets home. When staying at my place, they will be welcomed on the bed/couch. If staying at their home, I try to keep the routine similar to what the owners do.

Alura was very attentive to my cat, Romeo. She paid attention to detail, and asked questions if things were not clear. Romeo was very happy and seemed content and comfortable when I came home. I loved the photos she sent. I also asked Alura to water my garden and flowers, and she did a great job with that. It was very hot the week I was gone, and everything looked great when I returned.
Alura took great care of our Aussie and Samoyed mix. She can handle all types of personalities and energy. Plenty of pictures, responsiveness, and best of all cuddles with the pups! Will definitely book again when out of town
Alura was thankfully and very gratefully able to fit my baby girl into her schedule immediately. While my pup was a little skiddish at first, she warmed up to Alura and was able to go on her walks while I was recovering.
Great pet sitting. I’ll be using Alura for my next trip!
Alura took very good care of our kitties , Willow and Fluffy, while we were gone. She shared regular updates and many photos. We came back home to happy cats.

Schedule
There will be plenty of time for your pets and I to bond💜 For dogs, I typically take them on one or two 30 minute walks and let them outside approximately every 4 hrs.
