About: I have been around animals since I was quite young. I raised and competitively showed horses my entire life. I had many jobs as a barn manager, taking care of horses and farm animals, chickens, goats, sheep, llamas, cows, cats, donkeys, mules, turkeys, pigs as well as all the farm dogs. I worked as an equine veterinary technician for 11 years. I’ve raised mastiff puppies for several years. My kids and I are becoming more involved with our local 4h group with our mini aussies. There’s not many animals I haven’t had the privilege of working with. I am a para educator at a local elementary school so I have my summers off and I am really excited to have that availability to work with animals. Working for the school district gives me the unique flexibility to be available all day every day through September. Please see my schedule as I tend to book up quickly. I have the privilege of being home 24 seven which means if your pet stays with me I am home all the time. I lead a pretty active life and really enjoy hiking and going swimming at the river and lake, so your pet would have lots of outdoor time pending your approval.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. As a stay at home mom, I have plenty of time to watch your loved ones while you’re away. We have an active but relaxed home. We currently have one extremely friendly, well socialized shepherd mix dog who gets along with every dog he meets. Over the years I’ve cared for friends’ and family’s dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. My kids love dogs and are able to let new dog friends acclimate without pestering. We walk the neighborhood every night and play in the backyard. I am a stay at home mom with elementary aged kids. Especially during the school year, I am almost always at home. My husband also works full time from home so there is always someone here to keep an eye on things. We have a great schedule in place for our dog in terms of potty breaks and feeding. We have a fully fenced back yard and a lovely neighborhood full of sidewalks to go on long evening walks. In our home, dogs are part of the family. They are allowed on the couch and sleep in our bedroom. Our dog has a nice schedule for feeding and going potty and he loves sunbathing on the back patio.

“Amy was timely in her responses. She followed instructions for getting into my home and getting my pup ready for their walk. Through my doorbell camera, Amy talked kindly to my pup and remembered to put on his rain jacket. After the walk, she spent time wiping off his paws and also locked up the house how I asked. Would definitely recommend Amy to others!”

For my own dog, I've had her since she was a puppy. I currently work part-time so I will have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups. My schedule may change from week to week, but overall I will have more than enough time on weekends and in the morning/evening. I have one almost 5-year-old Small Musterlander/German Shepherd mix. “YAY! So grateful I found Elaine. I twisted my ankle and she was there helping me every day for 7 days so that I could rest. Her energy, kindness, flexibility, communication, and love of animals is so evident. I would let Elaine take care of all of my animals at any moment. I will absolutely have her walk Ginger again. And also boarding!”

About: I have always had a dog growing up and I love being around dogs in general. I enjoy the outdoors so I have always loved taking my dog on walks and to the dog park. I have dog sat for many of my neighbors, so I have experience handling dogs that I am not super familiar with. I took one of my dogs to an agility and training class where she became a certified canine good citizen. I am dedicated to providing the best quality of life for my dog and making sure they are always comfortable and taken care of. Being home from school, I have a lot of free time and would like to spend some more time with furry friends I currently just graduated from PA school, so my schedule is wide open. Now I am looking to fill my schedule part time to help with student loans. I always make sure to keep eyes on pets and keep them on a leash. I am very conscious about dog’s comfort levels and making sure they don’t have to interact with any other animals or people they don’t want to.

“Moira is absolutely amazing—my dog Teddy compeltely ADORED her! She has a natural gift with dogs and made my anxious pup feel totally at ease (which is no small feat). She’s also a CHAMPION communicator, sending quick replies and the cutest updates that kept me smiling. Bonus: she’s not only affordable, but super flexible too, which made everything so easy. “Dominique took great care of our two senior dogs while we were away! She kept us updated, asked questions as needed for first visit, and sent pictures to let us know they were doing well. One dog got an upset stomach, and she handled it like a champ. Definitely can recommend.”

“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”
“Fran really took her time and attention to understand and care for my 1 year old Catahoula who is a handful! She sent great updates and made him feel very comfortable and loved while I was gone. Great sitter”
