About: I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. As a shy kid, cats were my favorite animals, and whenever we visited a home with a cat, I’d happily spend hours patiently earning their trust until they felt comfortable coming out for pets and attention. Although we didn’t have a cat of our own growing up, I started caring for our neighbors’ cats when I was around 10 years old because everyone knew how much I loved them. About: I've had a lot of experiences taking care of dogs and cats the maximum number I've taken care of is 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time! I enjoy going for walks and hikes and sometimes runs. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. Im used to walking my chocolate lab and German Shepard, pitbull mix together. My German Shepard mix has a lot of anxiety and we have been working with a dog trainer and a behavioralist to work with his reactivity as well as his anxiety. I’m very comfortable with dogs with reactivity and anxiety as well as dogs that are big jumpers. I’ve dog sat for dogs such as chihuahuas, labs, border collies, beagles, pugs, springer spaniels, German Shepard’s and mutts. I have a lot of patience for dogs that are shy and take some time to warm up. I have experience using prong collars, gentle leads, and harnesses. I also have worked with many puppies in training and would be happy to implement any training methods you are using. I also love cats and have a lot of experience with shy and timid cats as well. The other pups she watched were also very sweet and Crouton had a blast with the other guests. I was very happy to see Crouton comfy being away from home. Debbie’s house has a great fenced back yard so the dogs can run and play. She has dog beds throughout the house and cool house on hot summer days for the dogs. Highly recommend Debbie and will continue to rebook with her in the future.”
