About: For as long as I can remember, I've lived in a household with pets! As a kid, my family had a little shih tzu and then later on we had a huge pit bull mix (we also almost always had at least 3 cats running around, adding to the craziness). I've always loved getting to spend time with animals because of their vastly different personalities, from the lazy pug I currently have to the crazy cats I take care of for friends! I'd love to get the opportunity to spend time with your pet too, whether it's taking them on long walks or just playing with them around the house! I'm currently a full-time employee with lots of flexibility in my hours. I'm available most days from noon until 10pm! Some days may have slight differences in hours based on if I have any work meetings, but I'm always transparent with my availability! I live in a gated apartment complex currently with a large dog park. Because of my current home, I only offer drop-in visits and walks. Because of this, I'd be visiting your home. I believe in treating everyone's home with absolute respect so I'll make sure to follow all rules you set for your space as well as ensure your pets are safe and happy at the end of my visits!

She is especially accommodating—we had our regular sitter bail on us the day before we were set to leave the state for the holidays—and she answered our request to pet sit for a week, over the holidays of all times, within 30 minutes! She was very detailed in her communications about how our pets were doing each night, and she wasn’t afraid to ask a question if she had one regarding how to deal with anything our animals were doing that wasn’t specifically listed in the instructions, which I especially appreciated. She could have easily done the bare minimum with things—but she put in the effort to go the extra mile by doing things like staying with our cats for extended periods to make sure they were eating their dinner when she could have fed them, assumed they would eat correctly, and call it a day. Misty also made good decisions on her own if we didn’t answer a question she had while she was at our home for a drop-in. Our cats seemed to be very comfortable with her, they are very particular and don’t warm up to everyone; however Misty was able to get them to eat their dinner better than most past sitters (they tend to be reserved and get anxious when we’re gone, they don’t eat well with many past sitters—but this wasn’t a problem!)”

He required a great deal of personal care because he does not have the use of his back legs and is missing one eye due to previous abuse. Cassandra and Trevor sent daily photos, videos, and updates, and spent a great deal of time hand-feeding him and carrying him to where he needed to go. “Seth and his wife, are very great people. I came across a problem during my trip to Oregon with my pets needing to be taken care of last minute and they were able to take all our 3 dogs. They took them for walks and they also had cages for them. They also have a big backyard where they can roam freely and it was fully fenced, which was such a relief. They sent pictures throughout the time they had them and answered us quick when we would massage them. I would definitely recommend them and would book them again!”
