“We have 2 bonded sibling Cockapoos who do not do well with other dogs so traditional boarding wasn't an option for us. Thankfully we found Michaela who has been dog/house sitting for us for over 2 years now. She loves our dogs and they love her, and it shows. She is very good about providing updates, sending pictures and never leaves them alone for too long. She walks them everyday and truly engages with them over different activities and games. Our dogs seem sad when she leaves and when we come home! She leaves our house cleaner than how we left it and is very respectful of our space. About: I am high energy and attentive to your pets needs and care. Their safety and comfort is my priority! I value quality over quantity in terms of my work ethic. I am a part time student with a flexible schedule! I picked this up as a fun side hobby, as my elderly pup has just passed away at 18 years old! <3 I love nurturing animals, and am sensitive to their needs and the desires of the pet’s parents. I do not currently have a set schedule for school, so I can accommodate to fit my schedule around desired pet care! Please don’t hesitate to reach out and inquire :) My number one concern is safety. I like to ere on the side of caution with all pets. I am conscious of health and safety hazards with handling small-large dogs as well as cats. I grew up in Vermont with lots of farm life. I’m very familiar with chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, and small aquatic reptiles. As a child I developed a deep fascination for wildlife and animals. I was a dedicated Animal Planet and Dogs 101 fan! I used to borrow dog encyclopedia books from the library and have retained the information up until this day. I am very comfortable and confident with animals.

I used to consider myself strictly a dog person but he not only encouraged me but also went to shelters with me to prove to me that I was capable of more and I ended up adopting a kitten who has grown into a very loving and affectionate part of my family.”

About: I've cared for dogs since I was a kid! Growing up, we always had 3-4 dogs in our house at a time, from tiny Yorkies to Golden Retrievers. I'm a dog owner myself- caring for a large standard Goldendoodle that I’ve raised since he was 8 weeks old. I love dogs and love to be active with them- playing outside, going for walks, etc. I work a 9-5 during the week but I am available on most weekends. I'd love the opportunity to care and play with your pet. I go on frequent walks with my dog and take him to the dog park often. I like to be active with my dog but also love to just lounge around and relax.

About: I may not have much experience with pet care experience but I do have my own dogs that I love dearly. I have also pet sit before and love to meet new animals. I am very responsible and trustworthy. I currently work part time but I’m looking for some extra money to save for college. I I usually work late afternoon, early evening so I can spend all morning and early afternoon with your pet. I work about 3-4 days a week. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs to keep your dog entertained. I also can accommodate to whatever your dog needs and is most comfortable for them.
