Confident with dogs of all sizes including reactive dogs, meds administration for dogs and cats, and am available for overnight care. About: I have cared for all sorts animals my whole life, from as small as a gerbil to as large as a llama. I have previous experience working in a boarding kennel and veterinary office. I have experience working with special needs animals and administrating medications. I work full time, 6-8 hour shifts 5-6 days a week. I am almost always done with work between 1 and 2 pm at the latest. I don't have consistent days off but can be flexible with availability. For pets who need extra care throughout the day (potty breaks every 4 hours, 3+ meals, etc.), I can typically work accommodations into my schedule. I am well-versed in behavioral signs of animals and will make them feel safe and trusted while I am in their homes. My main goal is always to support your pets in whatever way they need.

I previously volunteered with the Humane Society for Southwest Washington (HSSW), where I worked primarily with large dogs. Through my volunteer work, I completed dog safety training and learned how to recognize and de-escalate potentially stressful situations to help keep both animals and people safe. I am also an Eagle Scout. For my Eagle Scout service project, I designed and built an outdoor shelter structure for HSSW that provides volunteers and staff with protection from the weather while supervising dogs in the play yard. About: I’ll walk any dogs take care of any cats or any caged animals I have good experience with most common animals. Be sure to tell me everything about your pet if it needs special care or need to keep a close eye on. Also, I’ve owned quite a few caged pets dogs and cats. I work a few days a week closing shifts but you can always look at my calendar I update frequently. I can do before and after work for sitting, again my calendar will always say when I’m specifically available. I can also arrange time for multiple day stays. I usually work overnight shifts so 10:30pm-6:30am. I’m available to play with your pups before work, after work, and my days off especially the weekends! Right now I don’t have the space to do boarding at my home but I’m available for dog walks. This is the safest environment for your animal 🙏🏼

About: I love animals and have grown up with them. I have over 15 years of experience working with, and being around all kinds of animals, breeds, and temperaments. My experience with dogs includes my own, pet sitting (long term & short term), working as a veterinary assistant and interning at the zoo. I have a very calm, and patient personality, this often works well for dogs - especially those that are more nervous. I have worked with senior pets, puppies, experience administering medications, etc. I get to know your furry family member and observe behaviors and what they like and don’t like. Also paying attention to change in behavior. I took a break from offering pet care services due to life changes, which is why there’s a gap between previous and most current pet care, but I am excited to get back to doing what I enjoy most! 😊 I currently work a full time job in the hospital and work variable shifts. Always open to take a look at your requests and see if it will match up with my work schedule! If it lands on days I do work, I will be there before and after work as well as sleep in your home if that is your request. Days that I don’t work, I’ll be there more frequent. I make sure to follow all directions left by my client, whether their pet is crated, what to look out for, what they like/dislike, feeding schedules, etc. I always keep in contact with my client if anything seems “off” or different about their furry family member.

I am experienced in administering oral medicine to dogs and I am comfortable with young puppies and older dogs needing extra assistance.
