About: I’ve had a dog since I was 5. My current, a frenchie, stays with her grandma while I watch yours. A bit about me. I am currently in part time nanny position, 10 hours week. I have my bachelors degree and am currently working on my masters via USC online. So your dog, cat or other pets will not be alone long at all. I like to meet you and the pets prior to your trip to make sure we are the right fit for each other. I can do overnights in your home or walks through out the day. I try best to stick to your feed and exercise schedule with them. I have experience with oral, topical and insulin injection medications for dogs and cats. I do great with all manner of dogs but have vast experience with leash or dog aggressive friends. For stays longer than five days, I will take dogs to a Sniffspot. I work ten hours a week. I will have so much time and love to give to your pets! I can’t wait to meet them. I stick to the schedule and parameters you have for your pets normally while in my care. Practicing routine when their loved ones are away is the best way to keep them feeling safe.

“Lauren took fantastic care of my baby boy while I was on a big business trip. She always checked in and kept good communication, always sending regular updates and photos. She extends her care beyond the normal expectation not only the essentials, but spending time with the little ones, playing with them and making sure they are happy and healthy.”

“Sophia was great with my kitty. He warmed right up to her. She is responsible and thoughtful. I would highly recommend, and will use her services again.”

“My Isla is not an easy kitty but knowing Kathleen would visit her gave me a serious piece of mind. Kathleen took the cutest photos, played with her, and sent me detailed notes after each visit. Finding someone you trust is hard. I'm so glad I found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.”

“Kassandra was great! She looked after my very spoiled cat and I could tell Gracie really liked her. I can’t wait to rebook her to look after Gracie again.”

About: I have 10+ years working with animals including veterinarian assistant and groomer. I have taught puppy preschool, cleaned kennels and have had pets all of my life. I have a good understanding of health and behavior of animals. I have flexibility in my job. I can do early morning, lunchtime and evening care during the week and anytime on the weekends as needed. I will come to your house for a check-in, to let your dog outside and to walk your dog up to three times per day.

“Taylor was super communicative and friendly and took super great care of both our dogs! She took them for a walk, gave them treats, and sent pictures - and made sure to not only follow all the special needs they had, but communicated throughout the visit that any needs were addressed. Shout out to Taylor for also being sent to (by us accidentally) our old address initially and still being cool about having to drive to a second location. We appreciate you!”

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other pets, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. Whether you're heading out for a weekend getaway or an extended trip, I offer dependable, compassionate care tailored to your pet’s unique needs. I'm often available on short notice, and am open to travel all around the Portland/Vancouver area. I am committed to making sure your furry family members feel safe, happy, and loved in your absence. Alright, here's what you said: My schedule is really flexible, so I am often available on short notice. I can visit daily, multiple times a day if needed, or even house-sit and take care of household plants, chores, as well as your pets for the entirety of your trip. Got it! Here's the text for you: I will follow any instructions that the homeowner or pet owner gives me to the letter and am not afraid to ask questions if anything needs clarification. The safety and security of your pets is my number 1 priority.

“Alex was great and communicative through the whole stay.”

About: With a strong background in the pet industry, I bring years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for animal care. My work history includes time at a VCA Emergency Hospital, where I gained valuable experience in urgent animal care, as well as dog training, and working in a free-run doggy daycare. I’ve also worked in an exotic pet store, expanding my knowledge of a wide variety of species. My love for animals extends to all types — including aquatic animals, reptiles, cats, dogs, exotic pets, and small animals — and I take pride in offering compassionate and reliable care. Current Availability for Walks and Drop-Ins: • Mondays • Thursdays • Fridays • Saturdays • Sundays In addition to standard pet care, I also offer boarding services for reptiles and small animals in a safe and secure environment. If you require boarding for reptiles or small animals, please send a message via drop-in request with specific details about your pet’s needs and care instructions, and I’ll be happy to accommodate whenever possible. Pet safety is always my top priority. I am diligent in ensuring that pets in my care are never allowed to wander out of sight. When outdoors, they are either kept in securely fenced yards or on leashes at all times. I consistently check my surroundings for other dogs, cars, or potential hazards to keep your pet safe and calm. Before leaving any home, I double-check that all doors and gates are properly secured, giving you peace of mind while you’re away.

“Took great care of our kitties! Sent pictures and when we came down with COVID while in Egypt, Angela was perfectly willing to flex our booking so we had one less thing to worry about. Even though it snowed like mad while we were away, she didn't miss a single visit. Top choice, A++ would book again, and every other good thing one can say about the person we trust to care for our pets!”

“Skyler went above and beyond caring for our boys. Duke had a recent neuter procedure which requires added work such as managing the diaper and cone which were used to protect his wound. She is always open to suggestions to help us. We’re lucky to have her.”

“Very Happy”

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs all my life. Kittens, puppies, senior pets, you name it! I currently have an adult dog (who I’ve raised as a puppy) and had a senior cat so I’m very aware what responsibilities come with younger to older pets. I’ve also looked after friends and neighbors cats and dogs while they’re away. Walking dogs is also my favorite thing to do! Overall I stay local since I have my own dog to care for. I also work remotely so my schedule is very flexible during the day. I’m very aware of any new environment that I’m in. I believe that you should respect everyone’s space the way I would want my own space to be. Understanding boundaries is also vital since everyone and their pet(s) are different. Making sure you and your pet feel safe makes me better at my job!

About: We have been caring for dogs for many years. Starting from puppies to full grown dogs over the years and know how to understand what a dog needs for a healthy, happy, and full life. Aharon works from home most of the time. With just one dog at home it would be easy to add another. It’s easy to add another to the pack! We take our dogs outside for exercise twice a day and have play sessions in between. We have 1200 sqft of interior space for the dogs to play and chill with a fenced backyard. There’s also a dog park almost right in our backyard where we go to all the time. The area is residential and lots of families around that know us.
