“I am so grateful to have found Selma to watch our furryKids! Throughout the entire experience from coordinating booking to daily check in's while we were gone, she was so communicative & amazing. I felt so secure that everything & everyone was taken care of while i was out of town & loved her pictures and daily updates. Thank you so much Selma!”

“We are overjoyed, after returning from a 9 day getaway and our home with our animals was as happy as when we left. Pamela was amazing, with daily photos and little stories about their day, they were loved fully and very well cared for. It meant so much to us, seeing their faces and we could fully relax knowing they were in the best of hands. We are so happy to have connected with Pamela and we are ALL looking forward to next time. She is a beautiful, care-full, and trusting human, our Daisy and Sasha LOVE 💕”

“Erin helped us out in a pinch that required some extra communication and a handoff. She was professional, communicative and helpful, and we were confident that the pets were well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again!”

“Anthea is a cat whisper. My kitten took to her immediately and my anxiety ridden kitty stayed mellow and calm during the whole stay. She is dedicated to her charges and communicates in detail and quickly. Will leave my two fur babies with her anytime.”
“Melinda took excellent care of our pets and home. She was communicative, dependable, and very accommodating when our plans unexpectedly changed. She even gave our cat, Tiger, her inhaler without any issues—something we were a bit nervous about, but she handled it with ease. We felt completely confident leaving everything in her hands. We'd absolutely work with her again.”

About: I would love to take care of your family member! I have professional experience working in a kennel/boarder/daycare for 5 years. I am certified in CPR/First Aid for animals from the American Red Cross and can administer both oral and injectable medications. I used to be a nurse and can immediately recognize when medical assistance is needed. Personally, I have had cats and dogs my entire life. I understand how to meet their physical and emotional needs. As for boarding and daycare, I have three cats, but it’s ok if your pet is unsafe/uncomfortable around cats because I will keep them separate at all times. I am also open to taking care of animals that are not cats or dogs, as long as they are not aggressive or dangerous. I will provide a calm and safe environment the same as I do for my pets. I’m currently a grad student attending my program online and not currently working. Depending on availability, I can be available to care for your pet at a day and time that is best for you. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I will provide a calm and safe environment for every service that I offer. I believe all animals should receive the same respect, care, and safety as people do.
“Kristy was so communicative with me about how Laverne was doing and sending me pics daily of my little lady. I loved that she kept Laverne on the schedule she’s accustomed to and gave her lots of snuggles. I will absolutely be leaning on her again for future dog sitting needs.♥️”

“Margherita was an amazing outstanding cat sitter for our cat Simba. She had to care for Simba for three weeks and I could not have asked for a better person. She went above and beyond to make sure Simba was kept clean, healthy and happy. She even vacuumed our house of litter tracks. Due to our long time away she had to even take out trash and completely empty the litter container. All of this was taken care of. She also sent many many pictures which we are very thankful of. Thank you Margherita!!!”

“Kristen was a thorough and prompt communicator and awesome with our critters! Our anxious dog and cat warmed up to her quickly and she was able to navigate a troublesome toilet issue while we were gone. She is great and we appreciated her house sitting!”

About: While I've grown up with dogs and cats, I also have professional pet sitting experience taking care of dogs with diabetes, blind cats, guinea pigs, and even a llama! Pets and their caretakers have trusted me so much, they have flown me to their new homes after moving out of state for further petsitting assignments. I give emotional connection and comfort to pets while they're missing their humans, even reading aloud to them, because I believe it is an integral part of the job. Currently, this is my primary work, so I will have time to spare to take care of your animals. I volunteer regularly at animal sanctuaries and other orgs to improve the lives of animals. I have typically been asked to spend the night with the pets in the client's home, and spend as much time with them as possible, but I can also make daily visits instead if necessary. If you prefer I make visits, keep in mind the distance it would take for me to get to your place, and consider allowing me to make fewer, longer visits instead of multiple brief ones throughout the day.

“Isabella was the best sitter we have ever had! She was super responsive and communicative, extremely respectful of our home, amazing with our animals, incredibly friendly, and sent us so many sweet videos and pictures of our cat! We would/will book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Michaela, unfortunately, had to deal with a broken nail on one of our dogs that happened the night before our trip, and she handled it extremely well - she kept us informed and took the right precautions to let it heal. Our house was spotless and pups were relaxed and clearly cared for upon our arrival. Michaela’s communication was honestly perfect for us. She sent a picture and a message, daily, and it was plenty (sometimes it can be a bit too much from sitters). We’d definitely let Michaela care for our pups and home again :)”

“Janesia was a fantastic sitter and we are looking forward to booking her again. Great communication from the beginning of her stay right till the very end. There is no better feeling than coming home from vacation to a clean house and happy dogs!”

“Lyla did an incredible job! She gave me updates and was flexible with my crazy schedule. Overall she brought a lot of peace while I was out of town. Just knowing that my dog was so well taken care of. Thank you Lyla!”

“Eva was fantastic! She was able to help me out on very short notice for the Thanksgiving break. She was in constant communication with me the entire time and showed pictures of the pups hanging out with her at the house. She was house sitting as well and kept the house super clean for me to come back to. I will rebook again any time I need someone to care for my pups 👌🏼”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Village At Fishers Landing
Amy was quick to respond to our request to watch our puppy Jazzy. She met us the day prior for a meet and greet. Jazzy immediately took to her. Amy is a lovely person and loves animals. She asked us important questions regarding care. The day of she arrived early and already had an idea where to take Jazzy for her walk. We appreciated her checking in our birds as well. As a sitter she went above and beyond for caring for Jazzy and our 2 parakeets. We appreciated her helping us on such short notice. She provided care amazingly, gave us plenty of updates throughout the day with photos, and asked us for any additional direction. We would happily request Amy again to watch Jazzy!

Tashi and I connected as I had a last minute cancellation of another dog sisters and wow so glad Tashi could take the job instead! Great energy right away with our dog, and communication throughout time away was consistent and helpful! Would absolutely rebook!

Pamela always takes great care of Bradley. He is very old and has the needs of an old dog. She is very understanding and accepts his little quirks. She sends updates and pictures so I don't have to worry. We had a flight cancellation and she said not to worry, she would stay the extra day.
I highly recommend Gwen for your dog/house sitting needs. She is professional, clean, and follows directions to a tee. Our dogs were happy and well cared for during our trip away. She updated us with photos regularly. We arrived home to a clean house and excited pups. We have a special needs dog and Gwen did a wonderful job making sure she had her medication 3X daily. Great experience with this sitter-Thank you Gwen!
