“Anthea was our first experience using Rover and we lucked out! She was attentive, respectful, reliable and kind. She kept us updated with photos and texts or emails several times a day, enough that we felt safe but never bothersome. Our house was spotless when we got home, you would have never known she was there except our sweet boy was so well taken care of. I got to see their goodbye and he rested his head on her shoulder for a nice calm embrace, showing how safe he felt with her (he can be timid when we aren’t around). It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Anthea to anyone!”

“Stephanie watched our pets during a long weekend trip. She was responsive and attentive and left our house in great shape. One of our dogs had a poop incident that required a lot of work to handle, and Stephanie notified us right away and made sure everything got cleaned up. I appreciated the frequent updates and photos. “Pamela is fantastic. She was thorough during the meet and greet and asked questions I had not thought of. She took the time to read and digest guidelines for watching over Willow. I did not feel good about leaving for a week but as Pamela provided updates and described Willow’s interactions, I knew that Willow was doing well. She stuck to a routine which I know that Willow LOVES. Willow is on time for everything - routine calms her anxiety. Pamela went above and beyond on multiple occasions and I loved receiving updates regularly. She treated Willow like she was her own… There’s nothing more that I could ask for!”

She has watched our young, crazy chocolate lab two times now (this most recent time for 5 nights) and she has been kind, communicative, attentive to our dog’s needs, and very thorough. You can tell Tiana has a deep knowledge of and love for animals in how patient and sweet she is to pups, taking time to love on ours while also reinforcing training that has lapsed while we have simultaneously been raising a toddler. Tiana took the time to have a doggy play date with our favorite neighbor dog friend in addition to regular walks and mental stimulation. She left the house cleaner than she found it and our dog was happy and healthy as could be when we got home.”

“Amy is the best! She took such good care of Moses and Pearl and was so attentive to their moods. Communication was wonderful, the house looked great upon our return. I knew we were in store for a good experience with Amy as she showed up with a binder and asked me so many questions about the dogs as well as the house when we did the meet and greet. She was confident walking the dogs and even taking them on errands with her in the car. Moses can be very challenging as he has leash aggression but Amy was able to mange him. Having Amy looking after our babies took a lot of the stress out of traveling. We will definitely have her back to care for Moses and Pearl.”
