Im currently in school part time and work part time, but both of those I do from home online so my schedule is pretty flexible! I am free to do weekdays and weekends, it really just depends on the time and what your needs are.

About Jessica B.
Safety, trust & environment
When I'm in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own — sticking closely to your instructions, routines, and any specific rules you have for your pet and your space. Before heading out on a walk, I always double-check leashes, collars, and harnesses to make sure everything is secure, and I stay alert to my surroundings, other dogs, and traffic to keep your pet safe the whole time. For drop-in visits, I make sure food, water, and any medications are handled exactly as instructed, and I do a quick check of the home to confirm all doors and gates are properly closed before I leave. I keep your emergency contact and vet information on hand for every visit just in case, and I always lock up and leave your home exactly as I found it. You'll get photos and updates after every walk or visit, so you always know your pet — and your home — are in good hands.
Information Jessica B. would like to know about your pet
Before our first visit, I love learning as much as I can about your pet so I can care for them the way you would. It's helpful to know their feeding schedule and any dietary restrictions or allergies, medication needs and how to administer them, and their typical exercise routine or activity level. I also want to know their personality — are they shy with strangers, reactive to other dogs, food motivated, prone to separation anxiety, or have any specific fears (thunderstorms, vacuums, etc.)? Knowing their favorite toys, treats, and comfort spots helps me make them feel at ease faster, and any commands or cues they respond to are great for keeping things consistent. Finally, please let me know about any behavioral quirks, past injuries, or health conditions I should be aware of, as well as your vet's contact information and any specific instructions for emergencies. The more I know ahead of time, the more comfortable and safe your pet will be in my care.
A typical day
A typical visit starts with plenty of enthusiastic hellos and a few minutes of settling in — letting your pet come to me on their terms before we dive into the fun. From there, walks are all about following their pace: some dogs want a brisk, energetic walk to burn off steam, while others prefer a slower "sniff-and-explore" pace to check out the neighborhood at their own speed, and I'm happy to adjust to whatever your pup enjoys most. Along the way, I love mixing in games like fetch, tug-of-war, or a little training reinforcement (sit, stay, paw) if your dog knows some commands and enjoys the mental stimulation. For drop-in visits, I make sure there's quality one-on-one time — belly rubs, playtime with their favorite toys, or just cuddling on the couch if that's more their speed. I always pay attention to each pet's individual personality and energy level so every visit feels tailored to them, not a one-size-fits-all routine. By the end of our time together, my goal is for your pet to be happily tired, well-loved, and excited to see me next time!

Pet care experience
I've been a dog owner for years and know firsthand how much peace of mind it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. I treat every dog I care for the way I'd want mine treated: plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection, plus close attention to their individual quirks, routines, and comfort levels. Whether it's a brisk walk around the block, a quick drop-in to feed and let them out, or dog sitting in your home, I make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and never rushed. I'm patient with nervous or shy dogs, consistent with routines, and always happy to send photo updates so you know exactly how your pup's day is going. Your dog's safety and happiness are my top priority, every single visit.
Reviews
My dog loves Jessica! She is super sweet with our doggo and very patient, our dog can be quite a handfull sometimes, super high energy, but Jessica always makse sure that she spends a good amount of time when she visits and make sure food is provided & water is all filled up! Highly recommended!
Jessica has been fantastic with my mini doxie puppy. She takes her on walks if I’m away for the day. She also sends me pup updates which I always appreciate.
