“Michelle did an awesome job caring for Gambit! We had a medical scare the day we planned to drop our dog off with Michelle. Gambit had to have a quick surgery which resulted in him being drowsy, being prescribed medication and a patient after care routine. Although this wasn’t initially expected for Michelle to have to deal with when originally booked, she accepted the additional responsibility without question and was able to carry out the needed extra care without issue. This really helped reduce our stress and anxiety of our dog’s well being while we were out of town. If it was any other rover, we probably would have canceled our trip! Michelle is extremely responsive, punctual, nice and a joy to interact with. Would highly recommend!”

If your pet is staying in my home, they'll have plenty of opportunities for play, enrichment, rest, and affection in a calm environment. To help keep everyone safe—including my own two dogs—I currently only accept small dogs (up to 30 lbs) for boarding and daycare, and I require a meet-and-greet before every boarding stay. If I'm caring for your pet in your home, I do my best to keep their daily routine as consistent as possible while respecting your home and following your instructions carefully.

About: I am a dog mom to a young Mini Aussie and Cavalier mix. I have raised her since she was 8 weeks. I also have experience puppy and dog sitting for my friends and neighbors dogs. This includes walks, feeding, playtime, medication, cleaning, and car rides. I have volunteered at local animal shelters to take dogs on neighborhood walks to enrich their day and to help them get adopted. About: I have availability 24/7 to care! Even as a kid, I’m the one who spent the most time with our pets! Will follow your example instructions just how you want! I’m currently not working, so I have all the time to take care of your pet. No schedule conflicts, so you don’t have to worry :) I have a small place, without much to do outside. But there’s a park less than 3 minutes away for walks. There are stairs to my place as I live on the second floor

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was a teenager. I love animals so much, each is so unique! I have also done extensive dog training with my corgi for 3 years, she has anxiety and reactivity issues. So I’m well versed in those behaviors in animals! I am a pediatric nurse at Randalls in Portland. Rover is something I do on the side for fun because I enjoy it! I also just bought my first home so the extra income is very helpful. I am currently moving into my new home which is very spacious. I personally crate my dog at night, but let her roam inside during the day. I can follow whatever directions you need for your fur baby!

About: I have been been dog sitting since I was in high school and love it. I first started by watching some of my friend's family dogs and am now looking to expand to others! I have been trusted to walk dogs, feed, and I have even given medications and shots to dog so am familiar with caring for elderly/sick dogs. I have taken some of my own family's dogs to training programs so am familiar with standard dog training practices. I’m currently unemployed so have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I am free weekdays and weekends both day and night! Since I am not working at the moment, my schedule is very open and flexible. I live in an apartment building so don’t have a yard. I take my own dog on many walks a day and take him outside when needed. My own dog is not crate trained and is used to being out and roaming the house while we are at work. But he can also be closed in our bedroom to keep your dog comfortable, if needed.
