About: I am off early on weekdays and have most weekends off. I have not met a dog I do not love. I belive dogs are part of the family and should be treated like one. I have a 13 year old Yorkie with Heart failure who loves cuddles and is now slowing down with his older age so I am very patient. I will give lots of cuddles and treats. (I will also provide my own treats of that is ok with you and your dogs diet in case they have any restrictions) I enjoy nice long walks and playing fetch. I will also send you pictures of your dog so you know they are being well taken care of so you can enjoy your day and not worry. I’m a teacher working part-time this year, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available throughout the afternoons and evenings during the week, so I have plenty of time for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. I love having pet care as part of my routine and can be flexible depending on each pet’s schedule. I treat every pet like they’re my own! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while sticking to their normal routines. Whether it’s feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I pay attention to each pet’s individual needs and personality. I also respect my client’s home, keep everything clean, and provide updates and photos so owners can feel at ease while they’re away.

About: I've been taking care of pups in my free time for four years now, I used to work in a bar and meeting the dogs who come in with their humans created my love for it. Now that I am no longer in the bar industry, I am petsitting full time! Petsitting is my primary job. Getting to love on your animals like they are my own is one of the most rewarding feelings in the world and I'm so happy I get to do this for a living. I would be staying in your home with your dogs/cats making sure they get all their meals, meds, potty breaks and playtime they would need!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. As a stay at home mom, I have plenty of time to watch your loved ones while you’re away. We have an active but relaxed home. We currently have one extremely friendly, well socialized shepherd mix dog who gets along with every dog he meets. Over the years I’ve cared for friends’ and family’s dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. My kids love dogs and are able to let new dog friends acclimate without pestering. We walk the neighborhood every night and play in the backyard. I am a stay at home mom with elementary aged kids. Especially during the school year, I am almost always at home. My husband also works full time from home so there is always someone here to keep an eye on things. We have a great schedule in place for our dog in terms of potty breaks and feeding. We have a fully fenced back yard and a lovely neighborhood full of sidewalks to go on long evening walks. In our home, dogs are part of the family. They are allowed on the couch and sleep in our bedroom. Our dog has a nice schedule for feeding and going potty and he loves sunbathing on the back patio.

About: Hello! My name is Madelyn and I’ve been fostering animals with the humane society for the last 5 years. I have experience working with ringworm kittens, senior animals, administering medicine, stray cats/dogs, and post-surgery care. Fostering and boarding/pet-sitting has been really rewarding for me because I can spend time with animals and support their owners, but I can’t commit to my own pet at this time. I’ve also grown up with labradors and bulldogs so they have a special place in my heart. I work full time at home as an emergency preparedness and response coordinator, so I am home during the week each day. Outside of work I spend a lot of time at home and I live alone so the extra companionship is comforting for me. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment downtown near Esther Short Park & the Waterfront. I keep my home very clean and quiet, so it is a great vacation spot for cats and dogs alike. I also have treats and toys and a lot of love.

About: I have had dogs since I was young, but I’ve had my own dog since I was 18 years old. For the last few years I have dog sat for puppies as young as 8 weeks old, and for as many as 12 dogs at a time. Pet sitting for that many dogs at a time can be chaotic, but it has prepared me to be ready for anything. I also have experience taking care of cats, birds, and a pig. I really love animals and I love to spoil them while their owners are away! My availability this term is very flexible as I am mostly only busy Tuesday and Thursday mornings, so I have plenty of time to go for hikes and walks with my dog (and hopefully yours!). My nights are also very free to pet sit. I am interested in long or short term scheduling and I’m flexible for timing. I have a 10 year old corgi mix, he’s a ton of fun and very friendly. He loves all types of dogs. I have a large fenced yard and I’m close to a huge park with leashed and off leashed paths. I also have a car so I like to take the dogs for hikes or to the nearby dog park.

About: I grew up having and taking care of cats but also love dogs! I am very reliable and attentive. Happy to just drop in for walks or take care of animals for a more extended time. I currently work full time, but I always make time for what is important. Some days I work from home so my schedule is much more flexible and I can do more frequent drop-ins or overnight house/pet sitting. I am very good at following directions, so any instructions you leave for walks/feeding will be followed to a T. I don't board at my own house, but your house and pets will be treated with utmost respect while your pets are in my care.

About: I have been been dog sitting since I was in high school and love it. I first started by watching some of my friend's family dogs and am now looking to expand to others! I have been trusted to walk dogs, feed, and I have even given medications and shots to dog so am familiar with caring for elderly/sick dogs. I have taken some of my own family's dogs to training programs so am familiar with standard dog training practices. I’m currently unemployed so have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I am free weekdays and weekends both day and night! Since I am not working at the moment, my schedule is very open and flexible. I live in an apartment building so don’t have a yard. I take my own dog on many walks a day and take him outside when needed. My own dog is not crate trained and is used to being out and roaming the house while we are at work. But he can also be closed in our bedroom to keep your dog comfortable, if needed.

About: I grew up with a beagle named Charlie and took care of my neighbors cats when they were away. I help friends and family care for their dogs and cats and currently live with a pit/weimaraner mix named Henry and an old blind cat named Robert, who are two of my best friends. I have a flexible schedule as I work a couple evenings a week at a part-time job. I have lots of availability for walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I follow all client instructions for care in their home. I am very engaging with pets in whatever way they need. I own a car for reliable transportation to clients’ homes and can take pets to appointments or parks for outside play if desired.

About: Very detailed with following the instructions of pet owners and giving attentive care to pets in a loving and nurturing environment with walking services and in home care. I’ve raised 3 cats over 18 years, but they have all passed on. I’ve also provided dog care to family and friends over the past 10 years. I have integrated animal care into my standard routine on an as need basis, sometimes more heavily than other times, but it all works out in the end. I give them plenty of room to play and exercise and feed them 1-2 times a day. With dog’s I walk them every 2-4 hours and provide them with a fenced back yard with proper supervision. I would never leave them alone in the back yard unattended.
