Barry has experience with senior dogs, he was kind and understanding with all of Callie’s feeding and meds instructions. But there’s a park less than 3 minutes away for walks. There are stairs to my place as I live on the second floor

“Another amazing stay at Shell’s. I can never express how much her and her son have done for me and my fur baby. Shell met me halfway so I didn’t have to drive the entire 45 minutes and be late for work. Not only did she agree to meet me at a midway point, it was also last minute which I can’t express how grateful I am. My puppy had an amazing time and always comes back exhausted after having lots of playtime and treats as well as playing with her best friend Ranger. Shell sends me constant updates of how my baby is doing so I never have to worry about if she needs anything and they never complain even after Honey poops on their freshly cleaned carpets :). Their family treats me like their own and always offers me a bowl of Cheerios after a long day at work. They are the most amazing sitters and I can’t express my love and gratitude for them enough. About: What dogs love about spending time with us: 1) They have a sense of comfort & trust. I am always attentive with them, since I work from home and have worked in (human) emergency rooms and psychiatric facilities so handle chaos well. 2) My lifestyle is flexible based on what they prefer (long walks or relaxing) and they usually have 2 people available 3) my apartment faces S/SE and gets sun throughout the day. Dogs seem to LOVE sunbathing. 4) I am close to downtown parks and 3 blocks from the new section of the waterfront. Giving them a variety of smells each day. 5) For you - I’m a decent photographer and enjoy getting shots that showcase your dog’s unique personality Specific experience: terriers, Maltese, shih tzu, poodles, spaniels. High energy dogs needing exercise as well as dogs with a lot of various anxieties & prefer being with someone all day. Senior dogs and puppies (outside of newborns). While there are no other animals currently in my home, I have had my own dogs for nearly twenty years and been around various small and medium/large dogs for over a decade. I enjoy taking care of dogs, walking, playing, feeding, and bathing. I even trim my parent's dogs hair. I live in a one bedroom apartment so likely a better fit for small to medium dogs. If you need a recurring service would love to build a relationship with your dog so he feels comfortable visiting someone he knows. Reach out for any questions! My partner and I work from home and do not have pets, so I would love to spend time with them! At least one of us is home most of the time. If we leave it’s for a couple hours at a time, max. And are open to bring the dog if it’s not hot. I live in an apartment and do not have any pets. I would be able to visit homes or other apartments to care for pets.I am able to spend a lot of them with them and walk them around the neighborhood or park depending on their energy level. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. As a stay at home mom, I have plenty of time to watch your loved ones while you’re away. We have an active but relaxed home. We currently have one extremely friendly, well socialized shepherd mix dog who gets along with every dog he meets. Over the years I’ve cared for friends’ and family’s dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. My kids love dogs and are able to let new dog friends acclimate without pestering. We walk the neighborhood every night and play in the backyard. I am a stay at home mom with elementary aged kids. Especially during the school year, I am almost always at home. My husband also works full time from home so there is always someone here to keep an eye on things. We have a great schedule in place for our dog in terms of potty breaks and feeding. We have a fully fenced back yard and a lovely neighborhood full of sidewalks to go on long evening walks. In our home, dogs are part of the family. They are allowed on the couch and sleep in our bedroom. Our dog has a nice schedule for feeding and going potty and he loves sunbathing on the back patio.

About: I got my first dog when I was five and haven’t not had a dog since. My oldest is 13 and is my whole world! I’ve been taking care of him since he was 8 weeks old and he is truly my best friend. Just did house sitting with 2 Australian cattle dogs, 2 cats and 6 chickens. Currently, I do not have any pets of my own as I lost my 2 Boston terriers last year. We did a meet up before the stay where Christopher took notes and helped calm me and the dog! Ruby got walks, played in the big yard and felt right at home. Wonderful experience for dog & owners!”

Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, and other furry friends, always treating each one with the same love and attention I give my own family. My clients value my reliability, trustworthiness, and genuine heart for animals. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or special care, I strive to make every pet feel safe, happy, and loved while their family is away. I am a teacher so I am available for care in the afternoons after 4pm, and weekends. As well as holidays, school breaks and summer. I have a fenced yard and live walking distance to a few nature trails and local parks for keeping pets exercised. I have a very sweet dog to keep your pet company, as well as a large multilevel home to provide space and separation if that is what your pet prefers.
“Dominique was the best babysitter! I’ve never seen Crouton so happy and well taken care of. Her pup, Poppy, was the sweetest girl and got along with Crouton really well. The other pups she watched were also very sweet and Crouton had a blast with the other guests. I was very happy to see Crouton comfy being away from home. I can’t recommend Dominique enough :) Crouton will definitely be back!”
