“Highly recommend Karla! Dodger was right at home! We loved Karla’s updates and photos, showing him having fun on neighborhood walks, eating his meal, and snuggling. Karla asked so many helpful questions to make sure that Dodger and she had everything they needed.”

“I was impressed how Sarah kept me abreast on how my dog was doing and with pictures. That made it more personable and helped to relieve any anxiety I had being away. She showed that she cared and that meant a lot. I highly recommend Sarah for boarding needs.”

“I love how Veronica pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little girl: from her behavior, her treats and overall routine down to the way she likes to be cared and have fun! I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my Sadie didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine, in a wonderful clean and comfortable place and around other furry friends. I HIGHLY recommend Veronica and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends with furry people. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Veronica take care of your little family at her/ your home AND, she will update you as often as you’d like regarding your pets and their behavior. I'm beyond pleased with her! Thank you for loving dogs as much as we do :)”

I will definitely be using Robin again to take care of UNO. Robin will shower your dog with the same love and care that she gives her own dog. When I saw and read Robin's profile I knew she was the person to leave UNO with. Thanks again Robin for your patience and tlc for UNO.”

“We felt so comfortable leaving Remi with Julia! Remi is under a year old and it was his first time away from us. Julia helped make that experience easy for him and us by being timely, organized, and responsive. She sent texts with beautiful pictures to let us know how he was doing— which made us feel confident in our decision to leave for the holidays. Thank you Julia! We are looking forward to the next time we need to board him.”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Baltimore

“Sausage had another wonderful time with Veronica, Caleb and their fur family. I recently found out that Harper, the matriarch of Veronica’s pick of Westies, has taken a special interest in Sausage and is very protective of him. Makes me feel so reassured to know that I’m addition to Veronica and Caleb’s watchful eyes, Sausage has Harper looking after him too. 4 paws way up!!!”

About: 10 years fostering dogs with a local shelter—puppies, medical cases, reactive dogs, seniors, and the shy ones who need extra patience. My favorites are large dogs and blockheads (staffies, rotties, pit mixes), though a small dog sneaks in now and then (frenchies, Havanese, corgi, etc). I'm new to Rover but not to petsitting. I've cared for dogs from families who adopted my fosters for years, and I've been active on Wag! At my house, dogs get on the furniture, play hard, and get spoiled. Belly rubs, butt scratches, and ear massages come standard. My goal is to send your dog home happy, loved and tired. I'm self-employed and work from home when dogs stay with me. (My clients are used to dogs making an appearance during Zoom calls.) I'm a runner so long walks with dogs is just part of the fitness routine. I match my schedule to your dog's feeding and bathroom schedule. Every dog that comes here is treated with patience and care. Some arrive nervous, anxious, or unsure—maybe a potty accident in a new space, maybe hesitant to settle. My job is to help them feel safe, give them time to decompress, and meet them where they are. When they're ready, I'm here for play and snuggles. I have a fenced yard and my property backs up to a park. Dogs get regular walks, plus potty breaks. If a dog needs shorter, lower-key outings, we do on-leash trips to the park right behind the house. If your dog is reactive, we do backyard potty breaks and walk off-peak hours on a specific path to minimize potential sightings of other dogs.
About: I adopted my first dog when I was 12, and the rest, as they say, is history! I have experience pet sitting for neighbors and friends, from puppies to senior dogs, including animals with medication needs. When I haven't had dogs of my own, I've been involved with fostering to get both cats and dogs ready for their forever home. I'm a hybrid worker with a flexible work schedule, so I'm available throughout the day, for whatever your pet(s) need, whether that's a midmorning walk, an afternoon play session, or meals at specific times of the day! I have a small fenced in patio, and I'm open to working with you to make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and safe. I have experience with obedience training, crate training, and animals with special requirements, and I will do whatever is necessary to meet your pet's individual needs.
“Reynaldo is excellent! He is very kind and professional. Right away he sent me pix to let me know Ernie was settled in. I know my dog was throughly entertained, when I got him home he took a long nap! And Reynaldo took and shared great pix!!”

“Jasmine is great!! This is my first time using Rover, and I am glad I found her. She is super responsible - asking me about daily routine; taking my dog outside for walk etc. Easy to communicate as well! Highly recommend 🥰🥰”

“Liz was so kind and amazing with Maverick. Sent me pics and updates throughout the day and even helped teach Mav some new skills. I felt super comfortable trusting her and would recommend her to anyone!!”

“Anna & Christina were wonderful taking care of Sugi while I was in town for work in Cleveland. They were very communicative, punctual, sending updates + pictures. Would definitely be bringing Sugi back!”

“Shanikki was very flexible with my last minute booking and my dog enjoyed her time! She was very responsive and sent pictures and was great with my nervous dog.”

“Still my day 1, favorite sitter! Esterline knows one of my boys very well after years of daycare, but this was the first time she met my newer (very anxious and special-needs) boy. She consistently goes above and beyond. Sent pictures and reassuring messages all throughout the day. Esterline is the ultimate dog lover. Start-sitter status 100% deserved!”

“Karla was absolutely amazing with Sausage. Sausage is a very elderly dog with mobility and anxiety issues and Karla was able to care for and watch over him with patience and persistence, trying multiple ways to calm and soothe him until he was eventually able to settle down. I don’t trust my little pup with just anyone, and Karla never once gave me reason to worry. Clear communication from the get-go with multiple updates throughout the stay. I can’t say enough good things about Karla. We will definitely be asking her to watch Sausage again in the future!”

About: A little bit about me is that i’ve been had many dogs , cats , fish , turtles and guinea pigs (yes my guinea pig, dog & cat all got along lol). i have a roommate who is also a veterinarian who specializes in all types of dogs , which is very helpful since he will be helping with any services i may need assistance on. i currently work in child care (5yrs now) and need something pretty simple over the summer to do while schools out. i live in a spacious loft downtown baltimore. im also a licensed cook as well, so typically feed my pets once a week a good meal. currently working full time until june 8,2026 due to me working in child care and schools almost out. after that ill be 100% free throughout the week and weekend. my building has an enclosed sitting / yard area inside the building. i can do walks too since i live downtown but most likely will be in the area of the enclosed yard my building provides due to that’s where all the other dog parents their babies.
About: I’ve always been a lover of animals of any kind. I’ve been the family pet sitter for years and Never was paid for it because I just was doing it for fun. Pet care seamlessly fits into my weekly routine, as I'm able to dedicate flexible hours to ensure your pet's needs are met. I can provide regular walks, playtime, and cuddles, while also accommodating medication schedules and special dietary needs. My schedule allows for regular check-ins and updates, giving you peace of mind while you're away. I provide personalized care for pets in both my home and clients' homes, tailoring my services to meet each pet's unique needs. In my home, pets enjoy the space and environment with comfortable spaces for rest and play. In clients' homes, I respect their space and routines, administering medication, feeding, and providing exercise and playtime as needed. I also keep owners informed with regular updates and photos, ensuring their pet's comfort and happiness.
About: I provide dependable, patient, and personalized care for every pet I watch. I am especially attentive to routines, feeding schedules, and behavioral cues to ensure each pet feels safe and comfortable. I have experience caring for energetic puppies who need structure and consistency, as well as senior pets who require a gentler approach and close monitoring. I understand the importance of exercise, enrichment, and positive reinforcement. What sets me apart is my attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine love for animals. I treat every pet like family, providing updates, photos, and peace of mind while you are away. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I work from home, which allows me to be fully present and attentive throughout the day. I am able to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, walks, and playtime without long gaps in between. Since I am already structured with feeding schedules, morning and evening walks, and enrichment time for my own dog, adding another pet into my routine feels natural and organized. I also have home cameras for added security and peace of mind, which allows me to monitor pets even if I step into another room or step out briefly. This setup helps ensure pets are always safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In my home, safety and structure always come first. I maintain a clean, pet friendly environment with clear boundaries and supervision at all times. Because I work from home, pets are never left unattended for long periods. I also have home cameras for added monitoring and peace of mind. One of the biggest advantages of my space is access to a fenced indoor dog park. This allows dogs to safely run, play, and burn energy in a secure, controlled environment regardless of weather. Playtime is always supervised, and I separate pets as needed based on temperament, size, and energy level. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their established routines closely, including feeding schedules, medication instructions, walk routes, and house rules. I prioritize consistency so pets feel secure and comfortable in their familiar space. Trust is everything to me. I provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: I'm a life-long dog owner and have had cats much of my life. Years of volunteering at animal shelters has given me real, hands-on confidence with all kinds of animals and temperaments, including the reactive and anxious ones who need a calm, patient hand. I'm comfortable administering medication, managing mobility limitations, special needs, and the kind of quirks that make pet parents nervous to leave instructions for a new sitter. I also have advanced training for working with dogs with behavior challenges, training protocols, dog and cat body language, and I am currently in the process of getting certified in pet first aid and CPR. No matter the animal, the basics stay the same: sticking to their routine, and sending updates and check-ins so you're never wondering how things are going. Your pet is in calm, capable hands. I work from home and am available for walks and drop-ins in the mornings and evenings, and midday as my schedule allows. I’m also available for house sitting. Have needs outside of this? Let’s talk! If the travel distance exceeds my daily service range, additional fees may apply. For walks and drop-ins, I keep things low-key: familiar environment, familiar routine, minimal disruption to their day. For house sitting, I stay in your home and keep your pet's routine exactly as you left it. I treat your space with the same care I'd want someone to treat mine. Got a weird routine, like needing to fake a 5-star meal, or finding the perfect blade of grass for a potty break? Tell me about it, I'll make it happen.
“Pete was awesome with my dog! I could tell she didn’t want to leave his house when it was time for me to pick her up. Pete’s home is exceptionally dog friendly, plenty of space and beds! I especially liked that he is great at reinforcing positive behavior and training/commands. It’s really nice to know that not only is my dog being cared for, she’s actually learning at the same time! Definitely recommend Pete and will be booking with him again!”

About: Hi! My name is Lynn, and I've been raising/ caring for dogs & cats since I was a young child. I worked as a live in dog sitter for 2 years while in college. I’ve worked at an animal rescue shelter in Chicago & dog walking company in Baltimore for a combined 3 years. Independently I’ve cared for all kinds of animals all my life and I honestly just love being surrounded by them! They make me happy & I would like to think I do a pretty good job at keeping them happy as well. Thank you and hope to see you soon! I am currently doing pet care full time so whatever schedule we work out will be guaranteed from me. Let’s figure out what works :) By giving individual animals the care and attention they need. Unless they need space, which I can give them too haha. They will be fed, walked and/or played with to fit their needs and as you instruct. I have a fenced in backyard.

About: 10 years ago I worked at wagmore dogs and since I’ve taken my skills to my community and taken care of family and friends pets when they went out of town or when they simply did overtime at work I only work my full time 3/4 days a week and it gives me ample time to take care of pets.mid week and weekend availability I can easily crate your dog if needed but I typically clean up after every little thing your fur babies do. I’m a parent and had fur babies of my own so I understand how important caring and attentiveness is
About: I've had both dogs and cats my entire life, so being around animals is second nature to me. Over the years, I've also helped care for my neighbors' and family friends pets whenever they were out of town. This included; feeding, walking, playing, and just being there to keep them company. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets, and I always treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a longer stay, I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I am a student at the University of Michigan, studying sport management. I would love the opportunity to take care of other people's pets over my summer break. I will start my summer break by the end of June and would love to jump right in by helping those around me care for their pets in my free time. I am super flexible, so please feel free to message me! I focus on keeping things safe, comfortable, and stress-free. Every animal is different, so I take the time to understand what makes them feel relaxed and happy. I also keep owners updated with quick check-ins and photos, so they know their pet is doing well and being cared for like family.

About: In college, I helped my friend raise a seeing-eye dog in training for two years. We had him from the time he was 6 weeks old until he went back to the Seeing Eye at 1 and 1/2 years. This gave me experience training puppies, and since the Seeing Eye had strict standards, I can be as tough or as gentle as you need. I love also playing or just hanging out with dogs, so however energetic or relaxed you dog is, I can handle it. Since college, I have watched friends's dogs from anywhere between quick walks to overnight stays. I am a law school graduate currently studying for the bar exam. My schedule is pretty flexible as I set my hours, so I am pretty available throughout the week. I am available some weekends as well! Above all, I am a very neat person and will respect you space if I come to care for your pet in your home. I will happily clean up any messes that come up with taking care of your dog, and I will put everything away before I leave. I recognize it takes a lot of trust not only to allow someone to take care of your dog, but to also let that person into your house. I will never do anything beyond your instructions (barring an emergency), and will gladly send pictures and updates at every opportunity. Additionally, I am always prepared with toys and treats!

I am a very gentle and caring person with a flexible mindset and happy to help where I can! I am a teacher who is on summer break! My schedule is fully open and ready to help at any time. About: My partner, Tae, and I are parents to a 7 year Maltipoo named Luna! While we are new to Rover, we’ve been dog sitting for friends and neighbors as a team for 3 years (and individually much longer). Tae, Luna, and I love other dogs and are happy to welcome other dogs into our family for whatever length of time! We are also able to provide walks and visits locally. Our Luna has separation anxiety and many fears (we really hate the vet, thunderstorms, LED lights, tin foil, Android ringtones...) so we are quite experienced dealing with anxiety and medication administration. Tae and I both have flexible work schedules and will not accept bookings unless we know we can offer the time and attention your dog needs! We work as a pet parent team and both have flexible work schedules! Depending on your pet’s needs, we can coordinate to make sure they are not left alone for longer than you are comfortable with (if at all). We love going on long walks and hanging out at dog parks and dog-friendly breweries and are happy to include these activities to the extent you are comfortable, otherwise we always enjoy snuggles at home :) We have a fenced yard (a little gem in the city!) and a friendly Maltipoo! Dogs are welcome on furniture, but we can respect whatever your pet’s routine is.

“Jenna was great- she had availability at the last minute, was super quick to respond to messages, and the peace of mind that came from her text updates about picking up the pup and their hangout together was so worth it. I'd definitely use her services again!”

I have a very flexible work and school schedule where I will have time to walk the dog, feed the dog, and play with the dog! I am very caring, where I love to hangout with dogs! I love going on long walks where I would take the dogs with me!

Topper had a wonderful time with their family and other dogs, and it was clear he was treated like one of their own. Throughout the stay, they sent frequent video updates, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, in great shape, and clearly very happy. It was obvious that he’d had plenty of attention, playtime, and care in a safe, loving home environment. Liz and Jeff are reliable, caring, and trustworthy, and we feel very lucky to have found them. We would not hesitate to book them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top‑notch dog sitters.”
