About: 10 years fostering dogs with a local shelter—puppies, medical cases, reactive dogs, seniors, and the shy ones who need extra patience. My favorites are large dogs and blockheads (staffies, rotties, pit mixes), though a small dog sneaks in now and then (frenchies, Havanese, corgi, etc). I'm new to Rover but not to petsitting. When they're ready, I'm here for play and snuggles. I have a fenced yard and my property backs up to a park. Dogs get regular walks, plus potty breaks. If a dog needs shorter, lower-key outings, we do on-leash trips to the park right behind the house. If your dog is reactive, we do backyard potty breaks and walk off-peak hours on a specific path to minimize potential sightings of other dogs.

About: I've had dogs of all sizes, from Chihuahua to Great Dane and Great Pyrenees (multiple at a time), over the last fifteen years. I've cared for my rescue pup Dumpling on my own for the last five, and have helped to rehab her into the lovebug she is today. I like talking multiple walks per day, will give your fur baby lots of love and attention, and I work from home so they will always have a watchful over them. About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and they soon become part of the family, that is my number one priority when pet-sitting! I’m a recent Baltimore/Fells Point transplant and I now have the ability and space to pet-sit comfortably. I work mostly from home so I am capable of watching over your loved pets for longer periods of time as well. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have tons of experience with high energy dogs because of this. I grew up with Australian Shepherds so I know the importance of making sure your furry friend has had enough exercise. Frisbee is my favorite thing to do with my family’s dog and it allows me to get outside and get active too! Additionally, I grew up in a big neighborhood and was trusted with watching my neighbors dogs that ranged from German Shepherds, to Terriers, and even a Lab with diabetes who needed medication in the form of shots. About: I’ve been around all animals since I was a young child. I will treat your babies like they are my own. I have alot of experience with puppies and senior dogs. Fur babies are always prioritized. I am available to take the dogs out 2-3 times a day as needed. Most of the time if I’m in the house the dogs with be relaxing and cuddling with me or playing with each other. If I leave or go to work the dogs are crated. “I was so lucky to get such high quality sitters at the last minute—that was my first plus! They arranged the meet and greet so that we could see that my Phoebe was going to fit into their “system.” Everything went smoothie so she could adjust while I was there. When we returned the next day for the drop off, Phoebe experienced separation anxiety which made me uncomfortable leaving, but within a half an hour Ginny texted me some pics of my girl being calm and sitting with Steve. So I could enjoy my vacation knowing that she was well taken care of. Two very lovely, caring, and capable caregivers.”

From the beginning, he communicated frequently and kept me updated throughout her stay with videos and regular check-ins, which gave me so much peace of mind. Myra is a senior dog and requires a little extra patience and care, and Demetrius was incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding with her. I could tell she was comfortable and well cared for, and I truly appreciated the level of attention he gave her. I would absolutely trust Demetrius with Myra again and will definitely be booking with him in the future. I highly recommend him, especially if you have a senior dog who may need a little extra TLC.
