She was very sweet, and my two cats liked her right away! I was surprised, since one of my cats is very skittish around new people. My cats also have a very particular feeding regimen, and Lucy was able to follow my instructions so that both cats got what they needed. She sent me photos each time she visited. She was also very responsive to text messages if something arose (there was a mix up in the dates).
