About: I grew up with 2-4 dogs in the house at any given time and have cared for animals at shelters, rescues and private homes since college. I continue to learn from my vet sister, and regularly trade stories and wisdom with my family based on their respective canine and feline packs today. I love making a dog's day complete - whether it's a fast-paced walk to work out the yayas, strolling to sniff the flowers, or just watching the world go by with some pets at home. I'm thorough in my care for your pet and your home, and take care to communicate clearly and consistently with you about any concerns or expectations. Having grown up with a variety of breeds, I'm quick to identify changes in behavior and will always pay careful attention and share information to ensure that you and your pet are happy and healthy. I’m working in part-time and gig roles with significant control over my schedule. I am an early riser who likes to keep her time well organized, and appreciates routine when it comes to meals, exercise and healthcare - especially for furry friends. I am mindful of wearing shoes in the home and on carpets, keeping rags ready to wipe paws if needed. I pay close attention to loose trash or food that may interest pets when no one is watching. I regularly scan countertops for any hazards and check windows for security.

“Kyla is such a wonderful cat sitter and we would recommend her to anyone! She is very kind, responsive, and takes great care of our two cats. Thanks for everything!”

“Cory was very attentive, helpful, and responsive! He was very good with my cat with a somewhat strange personality and detailed requests. Thank you Cory!”

“Corinne is a wonderful dog sitter/walker. She’s been so helpful with my dog as he heals from a paw injury. Can’t recommend Corinne highly enough!”

“Excellent experience! Brenna gets along well with my dog!”

About: As a former dog owner, I’ve played a crucial role in nurturing our furry friends. Meeting all essential needs- and more- I have skills in training, caring for, and loving animals as they deserve. Coming from a pet-loving family, my experience dates back to my formative years. I am a graduate student and therapist, with enough flexibility and autonomy within my schedule to treat your pet with TLC! Thursdays-Mondays are my most flexible times, depending upon the service requested. Let’s chat and figure out what works best so your pet is cared for when you are away. I live in a pet-friendly community with ample outdoor space to go on walks. The phrase, mi casa es su casa, applies to all of my guests - even my 4-legged friends. Your pet is allowed to enjoy the space fully, and can also be crated per the owner’s request based on the dog’s usual routines.

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, and everything in-between for as long as I can remember. From pit-bulls to terriers, handicapped chickens to one eyed kittens and animals with at least 8 legs, i’ve seen it all. Apart from caring for my own dogs, cats, and other pets over the years, I did freelance petsitting and dog walking in and around my neighborhood for around seven years, ranging from dog walks while the owner was at work, to late night cat feedings and prescription medication administration, to trying to give a rabbit a bath. I have a high level of experience caring for both puppies/kittens and elderly dogs and cats, having worked to foster puppies and kittens with my local ASPCA for nearly a decade as well as helped raise and train one of my family dogs, and care for my elderly, disabled dog in her later years. I also have background training with the ASPCA regarding animal safety (specifically reactive or defensive dogs) and basic dog and cat body language, crucial aspects of keeping everyone involved healthy and happy! I’m currently a college student home for the summer- my schedule is very open and very flexible, depending on the individual needs of the animal. I can match whatever level of energy your pet needs within the home- whether it be constant cuddles and attention, hours of playtime, or just an omniscient hand filling the food bowl and grabbing the leash! I’m comfortable administering oral or topical medications, able to control and crate dogs if the need arises, and (i’d like to think) i’ve learned some pretty good strategies to stop unwanted barking late at night over the years. I value the mental and physical comfort of the animal i’m caring for first and foremost, whether that means hands on attention or a more quiet, calm approach to time spent with your pet. I’m willing to care for and spend time with shy or reactive dogs as long as they’re within my size range. Having owned both a very senile, timid dog and a very reactive, defensive dog, it’s important to me that they receive the amount of care and attention in the home they deserve :)

“Relaxed, reliable, communicative and very caring!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes. My dad grew up training dogs and my mom can’t live without them. Currently I have a senior chihuahua who I rescued when he was surrendered to the shelter at 10 years old. He has been the best addition to the family. Growing up I watched neighbors dogs and in college I babysat my friend’s dogs often. I do not have experience training puppies but I do have experience with senior dogs and dogs that require more medical attention than others. I am currently a part-time student and on the part-time job search so I have plenty of time during the week to care for additional pets. I live in an apartment so I don’t have a backyard but there is plenty of green space outside my apartment and a trail. I have a senior dog who is very friendly and used to interacting with small and large dogs because my family has dogs of all sizes and personality. My goal in caring for other dogs is to not disturb their routine. My dog for example is happy to sleep the day away but an active dog would need more activity and enrichment which I’m happy to provide.

About: *** NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS *** Ever since I was born there’s been a dog in my house, so I’ve grown up learning how to care for and interact with them. At six years old I began taking care of neighbors, friends, and family’s pets, especially dogs. I have some experience in training, but for the most part I love to walk, cuddle, play with, clean, feed, and otherwise care for any and every dog I meet. I also spent time working at a dog daycare and park and learning their behaviors and better how to care for and stimulate them. No matter the shyness of a dog, I have yet to meet one I could not befriend. I care for my family dog daily, ensuring he gets his meals, outside time, and as much love as possible. Whenever I have free time, I always try to spend it around him or other pets. I have a fenced in yard, and live near two parks with lots of walking trails to engage your dog with the world around them. I’m happy to go to your dog as well, as my dog can be somewhat nervous around other dogs. Whether your dog needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or space, I’ll be there to help support them and meet their needs.

“Grace was fantastic. She checked in & sent cute photos during her visits. She communicated very well & I was very comfortable having her in my home, taking care of our pups. We hope Grace will sit for us again the future! Thank you again!”

About: I’ve been taking care of a variety of animals most of my teens and into my twenties. (Dogs Cats Birds Reptiles and Rodents) Family and friends of family have happily relied on me for their pet sitting needs:) I am a freelance worker and a musician so this is one of my main forms of income! Meaning that this is my job and my everyday my day consistently revolves around taking care of your pet I start by introducing myself to your pet, (if it wants to say hi) and make it aware of my presence. After having a conversation with you about food, portions, where everything might be, and time spent with the animal I would move according to that!

7. Eleanor J.
“Eleanor’s affection and respect for cats as well as dogs was evident when she first met each of ours, and their response to her consistently demonstrated that even in our absence, she treated all four animals so successfully that they were probably sad when we came home, and she had to leave. My only reservation in recommending her is that she might be too busy to care for ours next time! Responsible, responsive, respectful of our home as well as our pets. Excellent care.”
