About: I had been taking care of my family’s chihuahua and poodle growing up, and I was a sitter for my friend’s Munchkin cat for one year. My friends would always come to me to check on their cats whenever they were out of town. I’m currently taking care of a kitten of my own. I’m currently a full-time grad student, but I’m usually free after 6 pm during weekdays. I have more availability on weekends, and I’m happy to accommodate to the client’s schedule. I have a young kitten in my house right now, but I fenced the entry to her floor. Your fur babies can either snuggle with her or can be housed separately on other floors.

About: I grew up always having at least one dog in the house. I have previously worked for a dog rescue, both as a volunteer dog walker and an employee (marketing, but we always had dogs around and I learned so much about their care!). I personally have had an amazing pit bull named Luna for 9 years - she is leash reactive so I also have experience dealing with hard-to-walk pups! I am a freelancer who works remotely and sets my own hours. I can work around your schedule and your pet’s needs to provide them care. I know that every dog is different and some need more specific care. I am here to follow your instructions and provide your pet care as if they were my own!

About: I grew up on a dairy farm but have switched to caring for our smaller four legged friends in my adult life. As a vet assistant I’ve handled various medical needs for furry friends, and have a disabled boy of my own. 🐈 I have experience caring for babies and seniors alike, with medication administration included. My experience in the medical field the past 10 years adds additional value in case of event. My wife and I along with Moose and Marcie recently moved to the area and I have an open schedule to visit your babies! While I do have some obligations, I will work to ensure nothing intervenes with your pets care. While I am unable to bring other pets in my home, I will cater care to the pet owners preference. Each pet is different and I understand the quirks some folks may want to address. I’m here for you and your pets.

I adopted two cats in the last year and have loved every minute of being their cat-mom. I can often do classes from home which allows me to set my own daily schedule most days of the week- perfect for taking a study break to walk your pup or check in on your furry friends at home! I live in apartment in Arlington but have access to safe, side-walked neighborhoods for walking your dog around! About: I’ve had cats and dogs in my house since I was a young child. I spent a year at an animal shelter working in the kennel with a variety of cats and dogs with various behavioral and health needs. I work Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm but I’m very flexible outside of work. I’m native to the city and know the ins and outs very well. I have keen awareness when it comes pets with sensitivity around their own space. I am very respectful of others’ homes. I will always prioritize a pet’s well-being and stress levels in their own environment.

About: I have about 25 years experience with different breeds of cats and dogs as an adult. Before that I've had a variety of pets since growing up on a small farm with cats, dogs, cows, chickens, geese, sheep and don't forget the guinea fowl. I did 4-H growing up in the South and rasied a lamb and a calf as well as baby chicks and ducklings. I also have experience with Quarter Horse care & riding Western Saddle as a child and youth. I have been petsitting on the side for about 15 years on and off. Over the years I've also done regular petsitting for a number of friends, for a fun-loving Rottweiler and a timid, sweet old Rat Terrier among others. I have a soft place in my heart for rescues and disabled or geriatric pets. My 2 rescue cats recently passed after 17 happy years pair-bonded together. I am hoping to take on more pet sitting until I am in a headspace to adopt again. I have experience with sub-cutaneous injections and oral meds. By day I work from home as a marketing assistant and media editor and I am a student of movement therapy, hoping to be done in 2027. In my spare time I love to cook, eat, run, make photo prints, tinker with old cameras and film, do yogalates and learn new creative arts. **Important Note: I have almost zero experience with Huskies and so I do not take them on to petsit. Apologies, but there are other more experienced sitters with that breed that you will find on Rover.** Currently I work hybrid so my schedule is flexible to pet needs. I can be as attentive as needed, especially for senior pets. I usually wake between 6-8am, do morning walks/feedings, work thru the midday then afternoon walks. I typically finish my work around 7-8pm and prep meals, give pets their supper and last outings/walks. I like to send morning photos around 9am and then send supper photos around 8pm. More updates can be requested, and I'll usually send a pic from walks or hikes too. I've actually done a significant amount of successful sits for decades prior to joining Rover. As well many of the clients I've had on Rover have chosen not to review. I understand, life is busy. /genuine. But if I did sit for you and you were well pleased, it'd be a huge help if you'd leave even a short review. Rover is like that. Thanks! I stick to the pets schedule and I never miss a morning feeding or walk, I like to give meds on time and have lots of play time thru out the day! I am a very active person who is fine to run and walk with dogs or throw the ball for ages. In my services, I play, walk, feed, and follow everything in the pets/owners daily routine. I accommodate any extra requests for the mail/packages, pets, house, and yard. I send pictures in the morning and evening and more if requested, wash the sheets and dishes, and make sure the house looks like I was never there.
