“Came home to happy, well taken care of babies and it’s all I could ask for. There was a mild snag while we were gone and we figured it out together. Wouldn’t ask anyone else to watch my 3 animals (and house).”

“Imani was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time using Rover and Imani was helpful every step of the way. We did a meet and greet a couple weeks prior and then she stayed with our dog for a week while we were away. Plenty of updates and photos helped us feel super comfortable being away from home. I would absolutely recommend Imani and would gladly book her again next time!”

“Emily is great! She sent continual updates and pictures throughout her time house sitting. It was clear that besides regular walks she also spent lots of time hanging out and cuddling with my dog, who is very affectionate and needs the attention. Would definitely book again!”

“Victoria is absolutely amazing! I’ve hired her multiple times and she takes incredible care of my pets. My cat who is usually very shy warmed up to her and even sat on her lap! He doesn’t do that with anyone but me which speaks volumes of how caring Victoria is and how safe he feels around her. She is the best sitter and I highly recommend her!”

“Asia was very communicative and flexible with my schedule, and she did a wonderful job caring for my dogs. They had a lot of cuddles, walks, and photos taken throughout the visit. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Ana is great! She was always responsive, kind, and reliable, and made sure Ginger stayed safe, comfortable, and happy. She took great care of her and also helped daily medication well! When I got home, Ginger was calm, healthy, and clearly well cared for.”

“This was the second time we booked Ned to petsit our dog. We are so glad we did! We loved the daily updates and he even made our dog chicken and rice when she had some tummy troubles. He also kept our plants and basil alive, and even washed the bedding and towels he used (which he did not have to do at all)! We’re so glad we found Ned on Rover and will definitely be our go to pet sitter for upcoming trips. Thank you, Ned!”

“Sophia is so great! She stayed in perfect communication with us, and put a ton of effort into ensuring that our kitty was cared for. We appreciated knowing that she was a kind and consistent presence while we were away. Thank you, Sophia!”

“Josh took wonderful care of my elderly dog, Penny. I felt so at ease knowing he was looking after her and our house while we moved our belongings across the country. The house was so tidy and she was such a happy pup.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 30 years and have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, personalities, and care needs. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes very naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve looked after everything from energetic dogs who love adventure and playtime to senior pets who need a gentler pace, extra patience, and close attention to routines and comfort. I also previously owned and operated my own pet sitting business for several years, where I built trusted relationships with pet owners and provided dependable in-home care for their pets and houses. I eventually closed the business to help my sister run her company full time, but I never stopped pet sitting. Since then, I’ve continued caring for pets on the side because it’s something I genuinely love and find deeply fulfilling. My experience includes daily walks, feeding schedules, administering medications, overnight care, companionship, litter box maintenance, basic grooming support, and maintaining consistent routines to help pets feel secure while their owners are away. I understand how important communication and trust are, so I always aim to provide thoughtful updates and attentive care that gives owners real peace of mind. Along with pet care, I’m highly respectful of people’s homes and take pride in leaving spaces clean, organized, and well cared for. I’m dependable, communicative, calm under pressure, and genuinely attentive to the little details that make a difference. For me, great pet sitting is about creating a safe, loving, low stress environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for until their people return. "Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened." Anatole France I work remotely full-time, which allows me to provide pets with lots of companionship, supervision, and consistency throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, so I’m able to accommodate walks, feeding routines, playtime, medications, and cuddle breaks as needed. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so I naturally build pet care into my daily routine rather than treating it like a task to check off. I have over 30 years of experience caring for animals and previously owned my own pet sitting business, so safety, communication, and trust are extremely important to me. I’m very attentive to routines, behavior changes, medications, and household instructions, and I always aim to create a calm, loving, low-stress environment for pets while their owners are away. I treat every home with respect and care, keep spaces clean and secure, and provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: I have taken care of my neighbors and friends dogs since high school. I continue to be a sitter for a lot of them and enjoy their company! I have just graduated from Grad School and am looking for anything full time, so I am pretty open and flexible with my schedule currently! I have a pretty strict schedule with my own fur baby, my cat has set meal times and set play times as well as a 15 hallway walk everyday! If you have specific instructions to care for your pet, I will always honor that and make sure they have the best of the best!

Jenna took great care of my puppy over the weekend and was an excellent sitter! She was prompt with communication, provided regular updates, and was incredibly flexible throughout the stay. Knowing she's a full-time zookeeper gave me extra confidence that my pug was in caring and capable hands. I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter!

Jeff has already been a great dog and house sitter for our neighbors and now we are glad to use his services. He checked in with us and made sure we knew the dogs were being taken care of and he was responsive to request to check on things around the house when it stormed while we were away. He did a nice job tidying up. Jeff also communicated well before our departure to clarify different things.

SJ is outstanding. He goes above and beyond. I had not been away in 6 months and SJ stayed overnight with Julietta and I knew that he would talk with her , engage her. I was updated with photos and reports and was certain that SJ was able to handle anything that required maturity and experience.

Catherine is a wonderful sitter who always takes great care of my pets, and she goes above and beyond. Whenever something comes up, whether it be one of my pet's quirks, or a last minute travel plan emergency, she takes it in her stride and comes through! Reliable and kind with animals, cannot recommend enough :)
