After the meet and greet she sent us detailed notes for us to review to ensure she captured the details and nuances of our pets. During the day she was communicative and sent photos. It was clear she treated our pets as if they were her own. When we returned our house was just as we had left it and Kaitlin even left some treats she had gotten for our dog. We will definitely be using Kaitlin the next time we go out of town!”
