He checked in with us and made sure we knew the dogs were being taken care of and he was responsive to request to check on things around the house when it stormed while we were away. He did a nice job tidying up. Jeff also communicated well before our departure to clarify different things.
SJ is outstanding. He goes above and beyond. I had not been away in 6 months and SJ stayed overnight with Julietta and I knew that he would talk with her , engage her. I was updated with photos and reports and was certain that SJ was able to handle anything that required maturity and experience.
Catherine is a wonderful sitter who always takes great care of my pets, and she goes above and beyond. Whenever something comes up, whether it be one of my pet's quirks, or a last minute travel plan emergency, she takes it in her stride and comes through! Reliable and kind with animals, cannot recommend enough :)

When we came home, they had zero signs of stress, just relaxed happiness. Our cat usually won't come out for visitors at all, just hides in the basement.
