“Frances was an exceptional cat and housesitter. Our cats seemed very content and happy upon our return. Frances was attentive to their needs. She gave one cat eye medication every day. She kept their litter very clean and found toys for them to play with. It was also really nice that our house was in the same shape as we left it upon our return. Frances was very communicative about the cats and provided daily updates.”

“Lady and Khayri are perhaps the most gracious, caring, and best overall dog sitters I have had the experience of working with. They stayed overnight in my home with my two fur babies for 8 days and nights in the midst on one of my dogs needing personalized medicinal attention due to an infection he acquired right before we left to get married. Not only did I receive MANY photos and videos of my smiling, happy and playful pups, but I came home to a clean apartment, and two dogs who were clearly spoiled rotten as requested while we were away. I cannot day enough wonderfully positive things about these AMAZING ladies. If you’re a first time ROVER user like my husband and I were, I HIGHLY recommend Lady and Khayri. Juliet was awesome! She really spent the time to make sure our kitties were well cared for. She didn’t just do the bare minimum but took the time to hang out with them when she didn’t have to! Our cats look so happy in the photos she sent everyday. Left our place very tidy as well :)
Hannah was a great dog/house sitter! She was very responsive in setting up a home visit and meet/greet with our dog. We have a reactive dog and get worried about leaving him with someone inexperienced. Hannah put our minds at ease as she demonstrated her ability to navigate his reactivity towards other dogs on walks. She sent us lots of updates along the way that let us know that our dog was in good hands. She was also respectful of our home.
Naya did a very good job taking care of my senior boy with medical needs like pills and eyedrops. He did have a medical issue and she was prompt about communicating and did all yhe right things interfacing with my vet and keeping me in the loop. As a house sitter, she left the place tidy and it was a great experience!
Jasmine is fantastic!! She made my dogs feel comfortable, safe, and loved. This was the longest time I’ve ever left my dogs and she helped calm my nerves about it! She would send me detailed messages about how they were doing and was very prompt with responding. I would 100% use her again! She is amazing!
Taylor was an exceptional dog sitter and house sitter when I went out of town for 5 days. She was so kind and attentive to my dog Zara, and asked very thoughtful questions during the meet and greet she arranged before my trip. She was even willing to go on a walk around the neighborhood with me and Zara to see our route, her interactions with other dogs, and favorite dog park nearby. When she found out a heat wave was coming, she even reached out for an updated walking route and schedule to protect her from hot pavement/sidewalks. She went above and beyond to wake up really early to walk Zara during the coolest time of the day when Zara’s favorite dog park was in the shade so she could still enjoy her zoomies. She was also a dream houseguest and clearly went out of her way to keep everything tidy in her room, restroom, kitchen, etc. She was so courteous, professional, punctual, and thoughtful. I’ll probably plan my next trip out of town around her availability lol.
Maria takes such great care of our crew every time she is here. We could tell when we got home that they were so loved and well cared for by her! They were excited to see us, but we know that they were happy and content the entire time Maria was with them. We cannot recommend Maria enough—she has become our go-to sitter for our boys.
