About: I specialize with big dogs and elderly dogs. I'm a taller guy with a longer walking stride so larger dogs can get more for workout. My schedule is daily throughout the whole day. I normally like to plan 24 hours in advance but if my schedule is open I don't mind same day or last minute. Tuesday -Thursday from 11am-3pm I am not available I currently have no pets right now at my home I do have a rather large backyard. At the parents home, I do make sure that the pets are well fed and hydrated before leaving unless otherwise told. Disclaimer: If there issues at the home during my time at your residence and not disclosed before booking such as but not limited to: proper running water, working AC/HEAT, controlled pest infestation, power outage, violent pet(s), unsanitary conditions, health concerns without proper insurance you will liable for the vet bill and transportation cost or all day 24 hour care with a pet(s) that can not be alone for 3-4 hours than will incur with an extra inconvenience charge of $100 or more and/or cancellation with the help of Rovers support team.

Another great experience with Cassie. I came home to two very happy and healthy girls. The peace of mind being able to travel and know they are being loved and cared for is immeasurable. She even stayed a bit long as we were delayed in getting home and made sure they got some extra activity before she left. I highly recommend Cassie!

Zach frequently gave us updates on the dog, and I could tell he was happy and well taken care of. We came back to a house cleaner than when we left it, and one of our neighbors even texted us to say how pleasant Zach was! He even did some work in our yard! Zach was also super accommodating with some last minute schedule changes, and came over two separate times before his stay to meet with the dog. I would definitely recommend Zachary for longer stays or dogs with higher needs!

Lara was AMAZING! This was our first time using Rover so we were a little apprehensive but Lara went above and beyond with our pups. She was super communicative and provided daily photos/updates on our dogs throughout the week. Our Golden had a few health issues pop up right before we left for vacay but Lara took great care of her and administered all of the meds every day to ensure she was well on her way back to full health by the time we got home. I have a feeling Lara will be our new go-to pet/house sitter moving forward!
Stephanie did a great job caring for our English Springer during a recent and rather last minute trip for us. I appreciated her clear communication and thoughtful questions. Daisy seemed happy when we got home and the house was just was we left it. We definitely hope to hire Stephanie again.
Lois was phenomenal with our two fur babies! We had a last-minute cancellation that really put us in a tight spot, and she was super quick to help us out and accommodate our needs. As soon as we met her, we knew this would be a great fit for our husky and pitbull. She sent us many updates, photos and videos of the pups, and we could tell she really cared for them while we were gone. We will absolutely book her again and can’t thank her enough for helping us out!
Jasmine is fantastic!! She made my dogs feel comfortable, safe, and loved. This was the longest time I’ve ever left my dogs and she helped calm my nerves about it! She would send me detailed messages about how they were doing and was very prompt with responding. I would 100% use her again! She is amazing!
Taylor was an exceptional dog sitter and house sitter when I went out of town for 5 days. She was so kind and attentive to my dog Zara, and asked very thoughtful questions during the meet and greet she arranged before my trip. She was even willing to go on a walk around the neighborhood with me and Zara to see our route, her interactions with other dogs, and favorite dog park nearby. When she found out a heat wave was coming, she even reached out for an updated walking route and schedule to protect her from hot pavement/sidewalks. She went above and beyond to wake up really early to walk Zara during the coolest time of the day when Zara’s favorite dog park was in the shade so she could still enjoy her zoomies. She was also a dream houseguest and clearly went out of her way to keep everything tidy in her room, restroom, kitchen, etc. She was so courteous, professional, punctual, and thoughtful. I’ll probably plan my next trip out of town around her availability lol.
Maria takes such great care of our crew every time she is here. We could tell when we got home that they were so loved and well cared for by her! They were excited to see us, but we know that they were happy and content the entire time Maria was with them. We cannot recommend Maria enough—she has become our go-to sitter for our boys. I had Mitchell house sit my 120-130lb bernese, Disco, for an overnight while my wife and I were part of a wedding which would really occupy most of our attention. Mitchell is a guy that's easy to trust, easy going, and follows directions well. Disco loved him and seemed to have a great time because hes very tired today. Mitchell took him for several walks through the woods in our property, including down to the stream where disco likes to drink the majority of his water like a camel. We got photos of their adventure all day and while I didn't have time to respond it was good to look at my phone and know hes having a good time instead of just laying by the door waiting for us to come home. I would absolutely recommend Mitchell to other people and hope to book him again when we need him.
