“Lois is pleasant, punctual and a clear communicator. She seemed to genuinely connect with our dogs and we came home to calm, happy dogs and everything as we had left it. Will happily book her again!”

“Maria was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs. One of our dogs, Hazel, was standoffish at first but within the first couple of days, Maria and Hazel became friends. Maria was extremely attentive and provided lots of pictures and updates during the week she watched our dogs. I couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. I most definitely will use Maria again.”

“SJ was a dream dog and house sitter! Very communicative, thoughtful and most importantly, an instant friend to my dog! I would book with them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, SJ!”

“Pre was amazing. I completely screwed up the days I needed dog sitting for and she just rolled with it. I was so grateful for her flexibility and grace. Indy was very happy he got to chill in his own home. We will definitely hire her again.”

“Can’t say enough positive things about Raimey! She’s taken care of my two kitties a few times now. Most recently one of my babies was a little sick and required medication two times a day. I was a bit nervous with this falling around the time I was travelling but Raimey made me feel very comfortable and handled it like a pro. She’s great with animals and gives regular updates throughout the day! I highly recommend her for your pet needs ☺️”

“Naya is AMAZING! We contacted her last minute for a very complicated case; our dog was coming out of the ER after being admitted for cluster seizures and she was still at risk for seizing again. Naya handled everything calmly and with excellent knowledge. She was a needle in a haystack for us! She asks great questions, and she is attentive and communicative. Thanks, Naya!!”

“Jeff was great. Very responsive, and he sent regular updates on my dog and cat. They were well taken care of, and my house was clean and tidy when I got home. Thank you, Jeff!”

“Jacqueline was a wonderful sitter for our lively pups. She sent frequent updates about their daily activities, their temperament and daily routines, as well as, updates about the home. Would unquestionably recommend her services to anyone looking for excellent dog care while you are away.”

“Taya did such an amazing job watching our new rescue Boh, who’s a lot to handle right now. And Rico our little elderly gentleman- two totally different dogs at once. THE BEST PART was she stayed overnight with them, neither dog has ever been left alone so I was so appreciative she did that for us. All instructions were followed meticulously and we have already rebooked her for a trip when we are out of the country in 30 days. 10/10 would recommend her all day as your go to pet guru.”

“I needed to go out of town for the day and wanted someone to spend more time with Millie than just periodic walks. Imani was perfect. She accepted the job at the last minute. She is a great communicator and very kind. Millie did great and I could enjoy my day. Thank you, Imani!”

“Jasmine took great care of my two dogs for the weekend. Lots of check ins and pictures. It was my first time using Rover and had a great experience. Already booked with her again!”

“Asia was very communicative and flexible with my schedule, and she did a wonderful job caring for my dogs. They had a lot of cuddles, walks, and photos taken throughout the visit. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Amy was wonderful with both of my dogs!! Duncan loved her from the start! McDuff took a little time but she won him over! Both dogs were well behaved and relaxed when we returned. I 100% will use Amy again! She was awesome @”

“Kathleen took great care of our senior cat and our home. She navigated some technical challenges with our alarm system with professionalism and good humor. Highly recommend. Will definitely re-book.”

“Zana was a fantastic sitter, she sent me frequent updates and pictures. The house was left in great shape and most importantly, I know my Dottie got all the love and care she needed!”

“This was our first time leaving our kids with anyone that wasn’t family or a close friend—and Lady and Kharyi really put us at ease and made our experience painless. I really appreciated their flexibility and their willingness to babysit our kids on such short notice. They were patient with our kids and really guaged each one according to their own individual needs and personality differences. Receiving pictures and messages in real time was also so comforting. Thank you so much, Lady & Kharyi. Daizy, Emma, and Biggy appreciated your company!”

About: I’m currently training to be a therapist so I have a keen sense for emotions… pets included! I’ve dog sat for family numerous times and am hoping to branch out. I love being around animals, am a very easy guest, and will happily send you any pictures of your pets! I have class 1-9pm on Monday and Wednesday but am mostly free otherwise! I get up early to swim twice a week (Fri and Sat), but can go straight back if needed. I don’t do much, so I’m pretty open! I’m willing to do whatever I can to help the pet feel safe and welcomed. Whether they want to play, rest, eat, or walk, I’m happy to help them out!
About: I’m Dan and I love dogs. I’ve always had a K-9 companion and love the company dogs provide. Walks, fresh air and playtime are things I like just as dogs do. I’m caring, loving, and respectful and always treat others the way I want to be treated. I’ve had a dog all throughout my life and have experience caring for animals of different sizes, breeds, and personalities! I have the most experience with Black Labradors, German Shepherds and Beagles, but would care for any pup. I understand how hard it is to be away from your pup so I’ll be in consistent communication, sending photo and text updates so you know how much fun your pup is having in my care. I have a flexible schedule so I can provide the perfect amount of love, activity, and play time in the care of your pup! I can’t wait to get to know you and your dog, creating a communicative, kind, and respectful working relationship. I will provide the same love, care and attention that I would provide my own dog to yours. It’s in my nature to go the extra mile to go above and beyond to make your dog feel like they’re at home! When I’m not spending time with animals, I spend my time working full-time at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore. I love heading to the gym, reading, playing video games, and spending time with my family. Even though I do work full-time, this will not get in the way of providing an excellent stay for your K-9 companion. I am very flexible and accommodating in order to provide the best possible care for your K-9 friend. I live in an apartment complex in the Rodger's Forge near Towson University in Maryland. Our neighborhood is very green, dog-friendly and wide open for dogs to frolic, play, and jump! The neighborhood is a great fit for any pup! When booking for my services, please keep in contact with me and let me know the dates you wish to have you’re Pup stay over. Once you've contacted me, please let me know a best possible date and time to set up a "Meet and Greet", if needed. Once I accept a booking request, please respond within 24 hours so I can keep my schedule up to date. Please provide clear care instructions for your dog, so I can provide the best possible stay for them. Also, if you have any questions at all regarding my services or any accommodations during you’re Pups stay, please feel free to reach out to me at anytime. I look forward to meeting you and you’re K-9 Companion and hope to build long term relationships and provide outstanding services for both you and you’re Pup! *Please note: Upon picking up your pet, please make sure you have all the items you brought with your pet. I am not responsible for any items left behind. If an item is left behind, it must be picked up within 72 hours. After 72 hours, it will be discarded. Thank You! I work full-time, however I can still take your dog for a brisk walk in the morning and evening. I am off on the weekends so your dog will have plenty of exercise and play time. I have fenced dog park right behind my apartment where your day can be active and interact with other dogs from the neighborhood. I can also crate your dog if necessary.
Hamilton Area pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lois was wonderful! She took on our two beagles and walked them all over the neighborhood . She sent pictures religiously and some videos. House was probably cleaner than we left her when we got home. If we could give her more stars, we would. I think 10 would be appropriate.
We rank Zach as #1 for housesitting, dog and cat care. Absolutely prefect! Even our reactive dogs immediately felt comfortable with him. They were instantly comfortable and warm. When we came home, they had zero signs of stress, just relaxed happiness. Our cat usually won't come out for visitors at all, just hides in the basement. She was out purring around Zach almost immediately. Must be an aura of something. Great, twice daily communication. 100% reliable. Incredible value for money. We're booking him for our next trip away right now!

Maria took excellent care of our house and our pitbull, Tallulah. She was communicative, responsible, and caring. When we got home, we could tell that our dog had really taken to her. Went above and beyond to make sure all was well after a storm. We would absolutely hire her again!

She is great we have 3 dog and 2 of them can be a little problematic, one is super anxious and bites when she is scared.... But for Suzanne it was just another day. Suzanne is very good a getting back to you as soon as possible, you are getting a true professional sitter vs someone who does it as a hobby. Look no further Suzanne is one of the best sitters rover has to offer!
