Areana P.

“We are so lucky to have found Areana on this site. She responded quickly to our initial inquiry and came by the next day for a meet-and-greet. Our dog took to her immediately and when we left for vacation we were sure our dog was in good hands. She sent us updates twice a day, often with pictures of our dog, for the whole week we were gone. It was reassuring to know our dog was having a good time and was being well taken care of while we were gone. We look forward to having Areana come dog-sit for us again in the future.”

Jennifer W.

“Jennifer house and dog sat for the weekend. She was very communicative and we found both our home and pup in great condition when we returned. Our dog is extra needy so if he had been neglected or alone a lot he would have been really high strung when we got home. But he was very calm and relaxed and had obviously been treated very well.”

Zana H.

“Zana is super sweet & took great care of our senior pup and even watered our plants! Highly recommend her as she kept us up to date while away & we came home to a happy/healthy pup!”

Jennifer C.

“Jennifer was so attentive and thoughtful with both our pets and our home. We got lots of great photo and text updates and our cat and dog seemed to be totally at ease with her!”

Aimee S.
“Aimee has been pet sitting out two cats for many years. She is responsible, caring and enjoys their cuddles. She follows all of the directions we leave, and she cleans up after the cats and always leave our home clean and well organized. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house and pet sitter.”

Lauren M.

“Lauren was amazing!! She stayed at our house with our (very quirky) dog and was so incredible. Our dog requires oral medication which Lauren was able to give to her just fine. We can’t recommend her enough!”

Kevin P.

“Kevin is extremely professional and quick to respond. He is transparent about his services, his rates are very reasonable, and he sends regular photo and video updates throughout the day. He followed my dog's care routine to a T and even went above and beyond basic requirements. I felt very safe leaving my good boy in his hands and I know he was well cared for while we were away. I would recommend Kevin to anyone in the Baltimore area and I look forward to working with him again!”

Emily F.

“Emily was great with our 11 year old pit bull. She communicated with us while we were on vacation and sent plenty of pictures. We would definitely book her again!”

Christina W.
“Christina took such great care of our babies! She sent plenty of pictures and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and comfortable. My cat and dog are so happy when she visits and I am grateful to have her services available”

Lucy G.
“When I need someone to watch my cat, Maurice, I always ask Lucy. Maurice is a very vocal, needy cat and requires a lot of human attention and interaction. Lucy always provides him with the care he needs and makes him less anxious about me being gone, especially when I go on longer trips, sometimes weeks at a time. Maurice sees Lucy as just as reliable caregiver as I am and I'm lucky to have found a cat sitter I can rely on like her.”

Jonathan R.

“Jonathan was amazing with our three senior pups! He was super attentive to their health needs and just took incredible care of them.”

About: Basic vet tech experience & some training at Falls Road Animal Hospital. I have raised several cats and dogs starting since before I was 10 and I am 31 now. I have a golden retriever mix and 2 short hair domestic cats. 1 more belonging to my mother lives here. They all get along great. Very welcoming home. I love animals and I'll treat any animal like it's my own. I'm very thorough with other pet parents instructions. This is currently my only form of employment so I am flexible. I just need advanced notice. Unfortunately I can't do same day bookings. I will be getting a part-time job soon and volunteering once a month at BARCS soon hopefully. But my time with your pet is dedicated to them. It depends on the service requested and the instructions provided. I will water and feed them, play with them, keep them safe, make sure they can void their bladders and bowels, and give them medicine if required. I will communicate any unusual behaviors or the need to do an emergency vet visit with the owner. I was CPR First Aid certified several times for humans. I self-taught for cats and dogs. And I live with a former nurse, (my mom). I take caring for other creatures seriously. I love to do it!

Amy R.

“Amy was wonderful! Highly recommend her! She sent pics every day and my really shy cat even let her give her pills every day! Will definitely book her again!”

Cailey C.

“Cailey did a great job taking care of our dogs for the night. They were happy and the house was clean when we got home!”

Ian S.
“Ian has a genuine love for animals. It's not just a job for him; it's a passion. The care and affection he showers upon the dogs in his care is heartwarming. He ensures their safety, happiness, and comfort at all times, and it's evident that they adore him in return.”

Tavon L.

“If you need a house sitter Tavon is it :) I have been a Rover sitter for almost 10 years & I can’t say enough good things about Tavon. I had 2 emergency cancellation from horrible sitters on this app and Tavon was able to cover immediately! He gave me updates about my 3 senior dogs and around my house as well. I came home to a clean house and happy furbabies. I’ll definitely be booking with him for my future trips. Thanks so much Tavon!”

Julia M.

“Julia has been dog sitting for my family since high school, and recently watched my own dog! He was taken care of as if he was her own. With plenty of regular status updates and cute cuddly photos from Julia, we never had to be concerned with how he was doing! I’d recommend her to anyone who worries about leaving the most important member of their family for any length of time — they’re in great hands! ❤️? We’ve already booked her for another weekend coming up!”
