“Lydia stayed at our house for 2 nights to babysit our rambunctious labradoodle puppy and she was amazing! She sent us pictures and updated us the whole time we were gone. She even taught our pup how to run next to the bike with her! I would highly recommend Lydia to take care of your dog :)”

“Christine did an excellent job caring for our pets. It helped us ease our minds leaving them for a few days knowing they were in good hands. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her services in the future.”

“Kathleen took great care of our senior cat and our home. She navigated some technical challenges with our alarm system with professionalism and good humor. Highly recommend. Will definitely re-book.”

“I have a senior dog that’s very high maintenance. He takes several medications on a rigid schedule, and he has potty training issues which require a lot of cleaning. Natalie followed all instructions to a tee and was very responsive to messages. I was very anxious about leaving my dog due to his age and all of his issues, but ahe eased my anxiety which helped me to really enjoy my vacation. I would definitely book her again.”

“Naya handled all my dog could throw at someone new - from pooping in his crate to trucking her into extra play time outside, naya handled it all perfectly. When I got home, I literally had to reassure my fiance someone did take care of juicy- she left the house with no trace she was here, she only left behind a happy well loved pup! Will be booking naya again!”

“Jenna did a fantastic job with our puppy. She was very punctual, responsible, and easy to work with. She took our puppy out for a walk twice and took good care of him while we were at our wedding. We will definitely reach out to her again when we need a dog sitter!”

“Emily is great! She sent continual updates and pictures throughout her time house sitting. It was clear that besides regular walks she also spent lots of time hanging out and cuddling with my dog, who is very affectionate and needs the attention. Would definitely book again!”

“She was able to housesit for our two fur babies while we saw some family. She had great communication and updates and we were very reassured they were in the best hands possible getting all the loves and walks. Ten stars.”
About: I’ve worked at and managed a dog boarding facility for a little over two years in downtown Baltimore. I also have a pit bull mix and a beagle. My beagle is 10 who’ve I had since she was a puppy and my pity is about 5 who’ve I’ve also had since a puppy. My beagle has currently had to undergo a lot of surgeries so I can certainly take care of any high maintenance or elderly dogs. I work a full time job but when sitting or having animals to care for they will get tended to in the morning before work, immediately after I am off and before I go to bed/home. The weekends I am always free. Pets will not be welcome in my home as I have too many animals and unknown factors associated with that. When entering a clients home I will make sure the pet can hear me entering the home as to not startle them. I will always let them sniff me and see who I am before any further approach. Any treats that are allowed to be given while owners are away I will give. It ultimately depends on the animal and what is communicated to me about the personality and behaviors. I will always Ask questions if I am unsure of anything and never assume something based off the way I care for my personal pets. Everyone has different instructions and I intend to honor them.
“Vita was absolutely incredible sitting Eeko while we were gone! He can be a handful at times with his puppy energy, but Vita handled it extremely well and went above and beyond what we could have asked for. I cannot recommend Vita enough for any pet care you need!”

About: I grew up with dogs, but starting in college I began to work with large animals! I’ve been in the marine animal care industry for 5 years now. I worked with seals, sea lions, giraffes… you name it! If I can clicker train a dolphin, your dog should be a piece of cake! I currently work full time Sunday - Thursday from 7:30am-4:00pm. Off on Fridays and Saturday’s so please let me know how I can accommodate for your pets needs. As someone who has worked with large animals I know when it’s their party and when it’s mine. Reading animal behavior has been an important part of my job for 5 years.
“Our boys were well taken care of & our boys wild child got so many long walks to the school park. House was just as we left it. Can’t appreciate you more for spending time with our needy dogs who love having human company!”

“Brittany is wonderful! She took great care of our 13 year old cattle dog Zeke who is blind. Zeke took to her right away at the meet and greet. Communication with Brittany was great, she is very responsive and sent updates while we were away. I highly recommend Brittany as she was caring and everything went smoothly. We will definitely have her take care of Zeke in the future!”
“Melanie did such a great job with our boy who really struggles with separation anxiety and some prolonged puppy behavior. It was so nice to take a trip and know that he was in good hands and got to stay in a familiar place while we were gone.”

“Hannah was absolutely incredible! My dog has a special condition which means he requires pretty constant supervision, and she was so accommodating. I felt really comfortable leaving him with her. She provided me with thorough updates while I was away and was happy to answer my questions! I highly recommend working with Hannah.”

“Annabelle was a great dog sitter for our pup! She clearly has lots of love for animals. We came home to a happy pup after spending a long weekend with her in our home.”

Glen-Fallstaff Area pet parents share their Rover experiences
Alina is amazing! She is attentive and provides frequent updates that are detailed. I highly recommend using her. One of my dogs had a vomit issue and she handled it so well! Alina is also very sweet. I will definitely be contacting her again for when I’m traveling.

Emily took care of our recently adopted (reactive) dog and our two cats. This occurred around the snow/ice storm in February 2025, which caused havoc with walking the dog and being outside. Yet Emily was up to the task and we came home to a very happy dog and very happy cats! Also, when the dog got into some mischief in the house, Emily contacted me right away to let me know - which I 100% appreciated. Together we came up with a game plan. This was the responsible, honest, and careful way to proceed, which was great. I definitely would use Emily again.

Neel was great with my dog Annabelle! I highly recommend his services and highly appreciate him as he kept our place clean, and was very on top of updates and communication! I would like to add he was very flexible with the storm/bad weather on getting Annabelle outside and cared for.

Alpha was great! He house sat and took care of our dog for a few days when we had to go out of town unexpectedly. Our dog was well cared-for, and the house was still clean when we got home. Would definitely recommend Alpha to anyone looking for a dog/house sitter.

Sarah was incredible. She was so communicative and consistently sent photos and videos of Juni, which meant a lot to us. This was our first time leaving Juniper behind, and Sarah truly eased our anxiety from the start. It was clear Juni was well cared for, comfortable, and happy. We felt completely at ease knowing Juni was in such great hands and would absolutely book with Sarah again.

Christine is AMAZING! She dog sat our two dogs while we were out of town, one of which never likes anyone but took to her right away. She regularly updated us and put us at ease. She went above and beyond while staying with our babies. It’s so hard to find a good sitter and we’re so grateful to have found her!

Liz and Rich stayed with our rescue dog and 2 cats for 2 weeks! And everything worked out great. Liz was wonderful sending us pictures and being responsive to my questions and information about our travels. And when we came home, we were greeted by happy, content, and confident pets - including our youngest cat who had been very dog shy before we left, and now carries himself with more confidence and presence. Everything is as I hoped. We definitely will use Liz and Rich again.

Kathleen was great! She house sat my pup Sadie last minute and communicated just the right amount, sent great pictures, and left the home looking untouched! She was very flexible and I appreciate her double checking on things before leaving the home. My small dog can sometimes feel anxious after she has a sitter, but Sadie was happy and calm when I returned from my trip so I know Kathleen did a great job. I definitely am very appreciative and will book again!!

Natalie was great with our little guy! She was communicative, punctual, came in clutch for a relatively last minute holiday booking, was patient with our dogs initial stranger danger reaction, and our stranger-scared cat even ventured out to say hi to her. Would book again.

Ariel was amazing! She accepted my very last-minute request and responded quickly right from the start. She kept me updated throughout the day and took great care of my very needy couch potatoes. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. I will definitely be rebooking — thank you, Ariel!
