This was our first time using Rover, or any pet sitting service for our newly adopted rescue dog. We had to go out of town to attend a funeral very soon after adopting her. I was very nervous to leave her so soon. But Andrew made it much easier. He came to meet her, and was very professional. He asked questions about her schedule and what he needed to do for her. When I left, I left written instructions for him to keep her on as close of a routine as possible while we were gone. He followed our instructions and communicated with pictures to ease my mind. I have used a few different dog sitters from Rover, all wonderful, but Brittany is by far the best I've had to watch my dogs. She always asks the important questions, she is always very attentive, she is very personal and professional simultaneously, and she is very respectful. I think that the best factor is that my dogs are always content and happy when I return, they are not stressed or anxious, you can clearly see that they are comfortable with her. I will definitely request her help again and would recommend her to anyone.
Alyssa was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of my two kitties, sending regular updates and adorable photos throughout the 2 weeks we were away. They got plenty of love and attention.
